Modern Luxury four bedroom home with pool and spa.
2500 Sq Ft luxury custom home, two stories, 4 bedroom/2.5 bath is designed for relaxing indoors and outdoors. Located on a quite street just 10 min of the Rio and the las Vegas Strip. Major cross streets are Durango and Patrick. Getting on the 215 freeway is a snap from either the Durango exit. We are 10 minutes from the Las Vegas McCarran Airport too! Russell Road gets you to Summerlin and all the great high end shopping, restaurants and entertaining that Summerlin offers.
We are located on a large quarter acre lot with a separate gate for RV parking along the side of the house.
Desert landscaping and total privacy in the back yard and the pool. When your not out on the town you can lounge all day at the pool and spa with your family and friends. You can relax outside as the covered patio helps keep you cool even on hot days here in Las Vegas. Enjoy the gas BBQ grill, and at night gather around the tables by the pool for comfortable evening conversations.

Jacuzzi and large pool heat available for extra charge.

You will love the open high ceiling Living room with fireplace and large HDTV.
Flat screen TV's in each bedroom. Master bedroom with fireplace and 42' HDTV. Lounge in the Family room or relax with a game of pool table.

Family getaway

Large house was great - pool table, air hockey and ping pong table next to kitchen was great for teens and older. Kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking. We paid extra to have the pool heated and pool was very clean. Host communicated well during our stay. Quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the strip - would stay here again. We definitely recommend going to Valley of the Fire State Park if you stay in Vegas.

Meh, at best

May work for some people, but absolutely did not work for us. Check-in was rocky, beds uncomfortable, noisy throughout the night (close to two major roads and constant flights overhead with single pane windows and what seems like zero insulation), and the pool/hot tub situation is a bit of a hassle. We ended up leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights) and finding something that worked better for us.

Incredible Time

We had a great stay at this property and I would absolutely recommend if you have a midsize group, (7 in our group). We were unable to use the pool due to the time of year but we're able to use the hot tub, which was much appreciated after a long day of walking the strip. The property is very clean, the communication with the manager/owner was perfect. We had a great time and it was great to come home to a great property!
