Overall, the house was great - comfortable, spacious, and accommodating for 3 couples in our 60's. The house is about 20 minutes to the west of the Strip. We enjoyed using the game tables, the big screen TV, the fact that we could bring our dogs, and easily park 3 cars. However, some amenities were lacking or did not work as promised. For example, no instructions were provided for the upstairs and downstairs Nest-brand thermostats, and they both were programmed to change temperature at unexpected and inconvenient times. We did not have access to the app to override the settings, so as a result, the overnight temperature automatically reset to 78 degrees upstairs, and 74 downstairs, far too hot for sleeping, no matter the season. We chose this unit because our group specifically wanted to gather and relax in the jacuzzi. But upon arrival, we were advised the jacuzzi was broken, a huge disappointment for all of us. Had we known the jacuzzi was inoperable, we would have selected a completely different place to stay. The kitchen was equipped with old cooking utensils, and there were hardly any pots and pans (which were disgustingly old and overused). And only 4 coffee cups and wine glasses were provided for our group of 6.
