This place was exactly as described. The indoor hot tub in the sunroom was very nice after a long day and there were detailed instructions for the operation. The house was nice and quiet and was only a 15-minute walk to the South Point. It was easy to get additional supplies from nearby stores and easy access to the freeway. We ended up only using the front door keypad once and relied on the garage access for almost all of our other access. Check out instructions were straightforward.

This was our second stay here and we loved both of our stays in this rental. The location is very quiet, safe feeling, and it was great to be in Vegas but able to be away from the crazy that is Las Vegas when you have had enough. The house is in nice condition, nice design, and is a very pleasant place to stay.Our host Cecile, was simply second to none. We have stayed in a number of rentals like this and Cecile is our favorite host!! Thank You Cecile!!

The house was awesome! I highly recommend staying here! It's cool, comfortable and peaceful.

The property was clean and comfortable. A window blew out from a wind storm and the host sent someone over to repair it that same day. The hot tub is very relaxing and the rooms, beds and furniture were very comfortable.
