This luxury home away from home is very modern but very cozy. Two story , three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a King beds, you'll have a great night sleep guaranteed. Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free but feel free to smoke outside. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , Roku TV . Guests will have access to entire house and garage. Free WIFI, Roku TV .Home located in Silverado Ranch, 2 blocks from South Point Hotel & Casino. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. I-15 Freeway just 5 minutes away. It's quick and easy route to Las Vegas Strip.You will love this location and style of this home. 6.6 miles 12 minutes toHarry Reid International Airport. 4.4 miles 10 minutes to Las Vegas Strip. Easy highway access. Taxis, Uber ride are under $20.

Vegas bowling trip

This was a great place to stay. We where in Vegas for a bowling tournament very clean house, all beds where comfortable, plenty of linen. Only bad thing the neighbors dogs where up every day at 7:30 am. I would stay at this house again !

Perfect Stay

Great place! Very clean and quiet. Our event was at South Point so we loved the 5 min Uber ride compared to the lengthy commute from the strip. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a family wedding at The M Resort. It made more sense to rent a home vs. 3 separate rooms. This rental was conveniently located less than 10 minutes away.

Absolutely Amazing

I travel to Las Vegas twice a year to spend quality time with my family, and this property offered all the amenities necessary to entertain and enjoy my family. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a home away from home experience in a great quite community. The owner was very accommodating in providing detailed and accurate instructions on all the necessary vital information regarding directions, property entrance, security, and basic house rules.

Great Location for Activities Downtown or on the Strip

Property's location was also very convenient to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, general shopping. Beds were excellent as was AC. Kitchen was a bit sparse though had adequate items for casual/light meals...not a problem if dining out. Marika was definitely available by text and responded quickly as needed. Thanks for sharing your house!

This property is well maintained and clean! The owners are so nice and service driven.

Great location in a nice community ! Our visit was for a wedding this home was perfect for our family including my three grand children ages 1-3-6. We had one problem with the cable service not working and the owners responded and was on site in less than 30 min. To find out the cable was out due to service crew working on it in the area back up within the hour. Wonderful clean home in a nice area with owners providing a level of service beyond my expectations ! "priceless" Thank you !!!!!!

Clean and Comfortable Rental

Our family stayed for five nights and six days at this rental and found ourselves very comfortable. With three adults and five kids, there was always a place for everyone to sleep. Each of the three bedrooms has a master bed (which we found very comfortable, clean and cozy!), and the downstairs living room has a pull out queen sofa (which our 12-year old slept on) and a twin sofa (which we did not use). The place was clean and modern. We fell in love with the wood flooring! We made use of just about everything in the home -- including the hangers in the closets, the washing machine/dryer, the stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and even the small patio where the kids were able to play with some of their messier Christmas gifts! Marika was attentive and kind. The neighborhood was safe. We were visiting my dad in Henderson, but also made several trips to the Strip, as well as Red Rock Canyon and to visit friends in Summerlin. It's close to many things such as a grocery store, McDonald's, gas, and whatever else you may need. We enjoyed our stay very much!
