Welcome to our beautiful, quiet, and cozy single story home, perfect for business travelers, families, couples, and extended monthly stays. The home features 3 bedrooms, approximately 1,790 square feet of living space, and a spacious 7,500 square foot yard.

This is my second residence when I visit Las Vegas, and we take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well maintained for every guest. Professional cleaners carefully clean and disinfect the home between reservations, with special attention to high touch surfaces.

The house offers convenient self check in and is located in a great area near 215 Freeway and Tropicana, just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and daily conveniences. Nearby options include Applebee’s, Panda Express, Ross, Walmart, Walgreens, and more. The airport and convention center are approximately 20 minutes away.

For business travelers, the home includes a dedicated work area with a desk, large computer monitor, printer, and high speed internet.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary Starbucks or Peet’s coffee and espresso during their stay.

Smoking is allowed outside in the yard only.

One small pet up to 20 pounds may be allowed, but the pet must be added to the reservation before arrival. Bringing a pet without adding it to the reservation is against house policy.
By the way ,there is no RV, big trucks,or racing car cars are allowed.
To book, guests must have at least one prior review and provide a copy of a valid photo ID.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with your pet in Las Vegas, this is it! I really enjoyed the patio. Privacy, quiet and beautiful desert plants everywhere made the patio my favorite place for morning coffee. This place looks exactly as amazing in person as it does on VRBO.

House was nicely appointed and kitchen well equipped. In garage parking was available with remote. The hosts added many nice amenities in the house. My favorite was the coffe bar in the kitchen with a regular coffee maker and an espresso maker and all the supplies. Communication with the hosts was great.

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with convenient parking in the garage. High ceilings and a great backyard complement a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms separated from the living area. The location is fantastic with the mountains, airport, and Strip all within 20 minutes! Kathy and Fred were effective communicators and made the check-in and check-out experiences seamless.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and did not use the kitchen much, but it is fully stocked and there are beautiful place settings on the tables. Property is a bit dated but very clean. The front and back yards have beautiful and interesting plants, and the back yard has a fire pit. Easy parking with access to garage. Host checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. Clear check-out instructions were appreciated! Thank you and we would stay again!

This is exactly what we wanted and needed for a long weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was nice to be away from The Strip. Just watch out for the teddy bear cactus along the driveway!

Perfect For Our Family

We wanted to stay off strip and hike around Red Rock Canyon for a couple of days. This three bedroom house was perfect for our family. It was clean, safe, and our hosts were so accommodating and great at communication. If we come back to Las Vegas on a family vacation we will be Staying here again!

Wonderful property and great hosts

Very comfortable home for our weeklong visit to Red Rock Canyon. Lots of amenities, comfortable beds and showers. Floor plan is open and private at the same time. It was a great spot. It met our expectations except for the cable box, but were able to connect thru our phones to cast it to the screen in the main room, but in one of the guest rooms we had to connect our laptop to the screen. Other than that, it was a good stay!

Rocio, As you mentioned over the phone TV worked first night, as it was working fine, Since Kathy couldn't fix it, we called cox to fix the tv, and Technician mentioned someone changed setting on a system so, screwed up all. now is fixed .it was working fine the same morning as you came, even you said it was fine first night. you're rating for nice home was unexpected .

This is my cozy 2nd home ,i use the house when I am in Vegas .Peaceful, quite with everything you need for cooking and serving .5 min to large shopping center (Apple bee ,chipotle ,MacDonald ,Panda express ,Panera Bread ,In & out wall mart ,Lowes ,big lot ,Office depot ,and 8 min to Costco and red rock casino.
10 min to Allegiant ,and T-Mobile stadium ,and 20 to 25 min to airport. NO RV Park allow .
