Bedroom 3 has 3 Twin Mattress beds. 1 day bed with a trundle - a bed that opens from it and 1 Stand alone twin bed. The 3rd bedroom features a Work desk as well.

We are Dog (no cats please) friendly, and allow most dogs to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet breed age and weight asap. There is a pet fee - $20-$35 per night per dog. If your dog wasn't pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to checkin, your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.

NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed. 5. NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances. 6. NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!NO. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. 7. Pets are allowed with prior owner approval and a fee. There is a pet fee - $30 per night per dog or a minimum of $90 (Whichever is Higher).Bringing a pet without the owner pre- approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine. If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking Channel and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
