We welcome business professionals, families, family reunion groups, wedding groups (SORRY, NO PARTY GROUPS!!, NO PET NO EXCEPTION) to our warm desert house which is located 5 minutes drive away from McCarran Airport and the new Raiders Stadium.

Situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is very close to Las Vegas' best premium outlet on the strip. This kids and family friendly house features 3 separate living space in the house; living room with 55 inch TV, the loft with large area seating along with 65 inch TV and the dining and game room space. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which accommodates up to 8 guests. We have 4 queen beds total (one on each room) and upon request we can supply another foldable twin size bed.

Featuring 1000 sq2 putting green with 6 holes golf fun, perfect way to spend the time in the backyard that is surrounded by palm trees, putters and balls are provided including kids size. Foosball table, air hockey and golf makes this house real fun place to hangout.

Sorry, No pet allowed, No parties or events at this house. We monitor the house with street cameras.

You are in vacation and we don’t want you to do the work we are supposed to do. If you only take care of your dishes nd return the remotes (inc. Garage door) that would be amazing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Music or Noise in the backyard after 9:30PM, our neighbors will call me immediately. We also have noise detector that will alert us. thank you
There is no street or driveway parking place, we will provide garage door opener and you can park up to 3 cars to covered garage. MUST PARK GARAGE.
No Pets allowed. No Loitering; no cell phone usage, waiting for a ride, smoking in front of the house etc.. No party or event or gatherings.

We had a great stay! This house is very nice! A lot of space and very clean. Turk is super easy to deal with and has great communication. The location is very close to all the spots in Vegas and very close to the airport! Definitely recommend!

Best Bruthas Retreat EVER!!!

The house was perfect for everyone in our party. Rooms were nice, kitchen spacious, and being a golfer i loved the putting green. Being miles from the strip, I will use again!!!

Easy for business trip

Rooms are spread out, giving employees privacy at night. Blackstone grill in back was perfect for reheating leftovers without heating the house. Dual living rooms allowed for people to spread out. Air hockey was very loud and echos, but still fun. Quiet neighborhood.

Feels Like Home

Our stay at Turk's was amazing. He communicates very well, and timely with us. The home is exactly had it looks in the pictures. Extremely clean!!! Very comfortable and great for families. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. So close to everything! 5 -6 miles from airport and the strip! Will stay again

Very kind host, very dirty home

While Turk was very easy to communicate with and he did his best to help us with our issues, such as ordering a highchair when the one pictured was not there. The unfortunate thing was, the house was extremely dirty. It was uncomfortable with my 4 small children.

Superb Stay!

There's so much I can say about our stay here, but the highlights are a quiet community, a clean environment, and the perfect setup for the seven people that stayed at this location. Airport is 15m at most with bad traffic, otherwise less than that, which was huge for all my travelers. We had no issues checking in, finding everything we needed for our week stay, and when it was time to go, we weren't expected to go above and beyond for the check out process. It was very easy. I want to thank the owner for being so kind and communicative for the duration of our stay. He always answered any questions we may have had within a couple hours and made the property a welcoming one for my guests. Will definitely use this property again if I can!!

Perfect location for Vegas Trip!

We were very pleased with the convenience of the location. Less than 10 mins from airport, just under 15 minutes to the strip, Starbucks 5 minutes away and plenty of shops for groceries or quick bites to eat all within 2 miles from the house. Very kid friendly and very clean. A couple of things I would l recommend are better pillows for the beds....easily could've fit a king in the master as well. Not a huge deal but it would be a nice touch if they would get some type of speaker for the TV in the main living area, the sound from the TV was very poor. A few lamps for better lighting in the family room would make this place pop even more. Again, we were really pleased with the property, felt the price was very fair. Turk was great to work with and responded to all of our questions promptly before our stay and while we were at his property. Would definitely recommend this property to friends planning to visit Vegas.

Great off the Strip Option

Worked great for a friend reunion. Plenty of space. The two living rooms were great and got great use of the kirchen. AC kept those of us unaccustomed to the Neveda heat cool.

Great property. It was specious conveniently located near the airport and had a lot of the little touches. The owner provided soap, condiments water etc. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions. Will return to this property.
