We really enjoyed this stay. We were in town for a concert and, while it was just strip, it was a great location. Just a short Uber from wherever you want to go. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Place was cool temps, decorations were fun. Felt like home. Parking attendant that was the regular one gave us trouble every time we came and went. Even when taking Ubers. Threatening us with parking fines if we didn’t have the right pass, but the pass we had was issued by that same guard house the night before. We paid to be there and we still were hustled every time.

The home was very clean when we arrived. Spacious and felt very comfortable staying there. If you plan on staying off the strip, the home is not too far from the strip so driving is pretty easy. Host was quick in responding when I had questions. Overall a wonderful stay, would recommend and book again.

Location was great and it was gated which made us feel better. The security people were awesome. The cleaning people do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place. You must rent a car otherwise it is hard to get around.

The unit was clean, not far from the strip. Walking would be about 15 minutes. By car it was no time at all. Beds were comfortable, coffee available, utensils and glassware all there. Pool area was nice and pleasant. Property manager was responsive and helpful when contacted. Would gladly stay here again.

If you’re looking to be near the strip but don’t want to pay high hotel rates, this is the location for you. Short Uber ride to strip and walkable to Palms and Rio. This place was perfect for me and my friends and so affordable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
