This 3 bedroom, 3 bath property was completely remodeled top to bottom by an award winning Texas builder in 2016. Keeping some of the 1920"s character while updating it with a modern twist, the home boasts generous living space, a large kitchen fit to host family holiday gatherings and additional work space for the business traveler. Guests can't help but enjoy the views of the lovely back patio and gorgeous back yard.
Each bedroom is furnished with stylish pieces, comfortable mattresses, high quality bedding, and an alarm clock if your on a schedule. Each bath offers granite counter tops. There are two on suite bathrooms, each with a shower offering high volume shower head. The third bath is generously equipped with a jetted soaking tub.
The kitchen is stocked with many tools to help prepare the perfect feast. Double ovens, gas cooktop, double door refrigerator, microwave ,big pantry, and dishwasher will help to make prep, storage, and clean up a breeze. Baking and serving pieces are here as well. The pans are quality stainless steel. Washer and dryer are here as well, so pack light if you wish.
A large gas grill awaits your outdoor enjoyment. The patio offers a view of the lovely yard. There is also a large outdoor table for dinners outside. The yard offers lush grass and is a perfect spot for children to play.

Wedding home base

We were in Ft Worth for my son’s wedding and this was the perfect place and location for our stay! Close to everything we needed. We will definitely look for this place to stay when in Ft Worth.

Perfect Location

A Wonderful Stay in Your Lovely Home

My family has been coming to Fort Worth for 8 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed at. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Also, he neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Everything was great! Thank you to Becky who went above and beyond for us during our stay. We hope to be back soon.

Paradise in the City

The online photos did not do this property justice. It was beyond quaint, clean, and just perfect! The backyard space was so peaceful. My 9 year old daughter and toy Aussie lived exploring the gardens. I’m the evenings, the fire pit was a delight. In the mornings, having coffee while watching the birds was such a calm beginning to our day. We plan to book again for a concert in the fall!

Excellent location and value

The location of this house can't be beat. The neighborhood is quiet and so safe, and yet it is near EVERYTHING you could want to do. We didn't have to stray far at all to find restaurants or things to do with our kids (8,3, & 11 months). The house itself was beautiful and clean. The layout is great. It feels bigger than the pictures look because of how the layout is. The backyard is beautiful and despite the yard being small, it was PERFECT for my kids who enjoyed being back there in the morning and evening. The porch swing on the front is precious and we spent time with the baby enjoying the dogs walk by with their owners as everyone seems to be active and out and about. It was the cutest neighborhood. The water get HOT if you want it to which is great for cleaning bottles. The owner has thought of everything and the experience for our first VRBO was wonderful. Will certainly stay again the next time we return to FTW.

Charming Perfection

This property should be used as the pinnacle example of how flawlessly wonderful a VRBO property can be. Becky, the property manager keeps the house SPOTLESSLY CLEAN and very welcoming. Everything is in tip top shape. It has 1920's charm with all of the latest ammenities. This sweet bungalow with wonderful front and back porches is in the very heart of the cultural district. It is cheerfully and beautifully updated. We appreciated all of the thoughtful detailing, and also enjoyed the wonderful towels and linens provided. Becky even left us sweet treats in the fridge! We also loved that the yard was well kept and outdoor areas were as charming as the interior. Callie, our hostess was extremely patient and helpful with our last minute booking. We love Ft. Worth, and this neighborhood was very convenient, safe and enjoyably walkable. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this home. Thank you, Callie! We shall return!

A beautiful home in a family friendly neighborhood. The hosts anticipated our needs and left toiletries (like shampoo & conditioner) in the bathrooms, coffee pods for the Keurig, and even a few waters in the refrigerator. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect in our books!!

First off communication was top notch. We arrived and had a special treat in the refrigerator for us that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and close to our activities. The house was spotless, the air conditioning worked, and we had everything we needed. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and the beds were comfy. I’ve never stayed in a Vrbo twice while in Dallas/Fort Worth, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we had our dance performance in the same spot as this year. Highly recommend Callie’s place!

Will Rogers arena

We were on site for a team roping and this place could not have been better. What a great house with a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone using Will Rogers.

Perfect Weekend Stay

We met up as a family to celebrate Easter with our daughter that attends TCU. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and only 10-15 minutes from campus. The communication with the owner was great - everything was on time and accurate. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one exceeded expectations. Everything is updated and so very clean. Truly a perfect experience and we hope to stay here again for future visits!

Excellent Stay!

This is one of the BEST VRBO's we have stayed in. Very clean and well-equipped. Every detail was taken care of, and everything was in perfect condition. Each bedroom had it's own bath, and the kitchen was massive for a full house if desired. The backyard fence is secure for any pets, and the chairs were comfortable. The location cannot be beat for fun 7th street and downtown activities. Very quiet neighborhood too. I didn't hear anything outside all three nights. Highly recommend and will stay here again while visit relatives.

Fantastic Stay

We needed a home to stay at near the rest of our family that is strewn about Fort Worth. Having grown up here, it made our return back smooth. Coffee and donuts, all of our favorite local restaurants and parks were all a short walk or drive away. The house was great for hosting the family for dinners or nights of relaxation. The children loved running around the backyard and the house was open enough to allow the adults to chat while the kids played.

Great stay, great location!

This is a wonderful property which is accurately described in the listing. It was very clean, and located in a safe and convenient area for exploring art museums, downtown Fort Worth and the stockyards. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, especially several items which we use all the time at home for healthier eating (salad spinner, steamer, stainless steel cookware). Check in and check out was a breeze, and the property manager was easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Fort Worth, and we would definitely book this again for future stays.

Why they chose this property

After planning several family gatherings in the area, the Stevens knew they needed their own home in this part of Fort Worth. With close proximity to shopping and many attractions, the home offers either a comfortable getaway or a perfect staging area for an activity filled vacation.

What makes this property unique

We love the feel of our home. One would assume from the large porch, complete with a swing, that this home is a classic example of a 1920's Bungalow. But entering the front door, you get it is 1923 on the outside, modern but homey feel the inside.
