Wij hebben met 8 vrienden een week vakantie gehad in deze Villa. Bij aankomst kregen we direct de sleutel van het huis en werden een aantal dingen in en rondom het huis uitgelegd. Deze persoon kon helaas alleen Italiaans, dus verdere informatie was voor ons half/niet te begrijpen. Er lag een papiertje in het huis met alle informatie over het huisje, uitstapjes, restaurants, taxi's en een telefoonnummer van de eigenaar van het huis voor eventuele vragen. We hadden direct de eerste dag contact met de eigenaar, vanwege een aantal vragen. Sommige keukenkastjes waren bijvoorbeeld niet helemaal schoon en we wilden bijvoorbeeld ook graag normale koffiekopjes i.p.v. espressokopjes. Op o.a. deze simpele meldingen heeft hij direct actie ondernomen en kwam de volgende dag bij de villa om verschillende dingen op te lossen. De eigenaar heeft in de week twee keer het zwembad schoongemaakt. Het huis zag er goed uit en was ruim ingericht met keukengerei, bedden, meubilair en (luxe) accessoires. Ook buiten was de tuin heel netjes, net als het terras en de verschillende lounge-sets. We hebben twee uitstapjes gedaan in deze week (Valtopina en Assisi) en voor de rest hebben we lekker gerelaxed bij de villa. Er zit een supermarkt in het eigen dorp Valtopina, maar deze was erg klein en duur. Voor de grote boodschappen gingen we naar Foligno (20 minuten, 16km). Daar zat een Lidl en daarnaast een grote Italiaanse supermarkt. Een dag voor vertrek kwam de eigenaar voor informatie over de sleuteloverdracht en de schoonmaakkosten. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in deze villa en willen dit huis aan meerdere mensen aanbevelen!

Wie rust zoekt en niet houdt van drukte voelt zich hier prima thuis. Huis ligt op een steile heuvel, met mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. In het dorp zelf valt niet veel te beleven en de kortsbijzijnde grote supermarkt is toch ca 20 minuten rijden. Dit geldt ook voor restaurantjes e.d.
