Beautiful Ibizan style house with spectacular views of the countryside that invites you to relax, located in one of the best areas, near the most beautiful beaches and coves of the island and in turn near Ibiza town, very close to the town of Sant Jordi where you can find: supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, gyms, police, banks, children's playroom, hairdresser etc.
The villa offers three comfortable double rooms with air conditioning in each of them and two full bathrooms, also has a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, in addition the house has an idyllic and private pool, highly recommended for families by its fence security, with water of the same turquoise color of the beaches of the island; where you can enjoy your chill-out area.
The entire property is fenced and with the comfort of an electric gate at the entrance to the villa.

Beautiful villa with a nice view of the mountain. Perfectly located so you’ll get to most beaches, downtown and clubs in 15 minutes. The villa is great for family or if you’re with a group of friends.

Great Finca

We were a group of five, staying for a few nights in the Finca. It is great located with no direct neighbours. Pool, rooms and kitchen were Clean and Had everything you need. Alberto is a great host!

Nice house, nice hosts, terrible traffic noise

Alberto and his brother did everything they could to give us an enjoyable stay BUT the villa is right beside the main road which runs all along the island and into Ibiza town. It’s sadly too noisy to open the front or bedroom windows and you can hear the traffic very clearly from the pool. There’s also a lot of rubbish bins and bottle banks right in front of the house so be prepared for being woken up early in the morning when the lorry comes to empty them and having to negotiate loads of broken glass in the road to drive down to the house. Otherwise a nice villa, well located for getting into Ibiza town, for many beautiful beaches and for Cova Santa nightclub which is a walk away. Not well located for peace and tranquility!

First of all I want to thank the customer's opinion, that's precisely what makes us improve to offer a good service. In any case,I would like to specify a couple of points: Both the road,as well as the garbage containers are approximately 200 hundred metres away in terms of noise and more in high season there could be some,but in the pool area (it faces the opposite side)very little. About the noise of the municipal garbage collection truck,I doubt it because there is a long distance and because inside the climalit type enclosure system means that nothing is heard from the outside, and all rooms have air conditioning. There are 5 types of recycling containers and of course I've never seen glass bottles on the floor.

Foto’s van het zwembad op de website zijn vertekenend door groothoeklens en is in werkelijkheid veel kleiner. Net als het huis overigens. Daarnaast veel onkruid voor het huis, mag beter onderhouden worden.

Familienurlaub mit erwachsenen Kindern

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Umgebung. Starkes, gut funktionierendes Wlan. Die Finca ist hervorragend gelegen, man erreicht in wenigen Minuten verschiedene Lebensmittelläden. Viele Strände, Beach Clubs, die Orte Sant Josep, Sant Antoni und Ibiza Stadt sind mit dem Auto in 10 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar. Alberto ist ein sehr sympathischer, freundlicher und hervorragender Gastgeber. Nicht als Kritik, sondern als freundschaftliche Anregung gedacht: der grosse, gedeckte, ungenutzte Platz draussen neben der Seitentür zum Wohnzimmer wäre aus unserer Sicht ideal für eine gemütliche Lounge und würde die Wohnqualität noch erhöhen. ;-)

Great location

When we initially arrived at the villa we were worried by the road noise, but as we relaxed we didn't notice it so much and the cicadas in the beautiful forest at the back of the villa drowned it out. The house is a good size and comfortable and the forested hills at the back are wonderful. Alberto was extremely helpful and friendly on check in and booked up several places for us. The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures but still very nice. We had a great time and were in a great position from which to see all of Ibiza.

Comfortabel huis op centrale lokatie

Een huis waar je je snel thuis in voelt. Contact met Alberto, de host, was ook goed. De locatie van het huis is ook top, vanuit daar ben je binnen 35 minuten op elke plek op het eiland. En de (stille) airco in de slaapkamer was ook fijn.

Great little summer hideaway

The villa was perfectly located for visiting many of the islands bars and clubs. 10 minutes to many of the wonderful beaches. Alberto was friendly and helpful. My friends and I would definitely rebook the villa for a future visit!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here with friends for a few days very recently. The villa is beautiful set in gorgeous surroundings. Alberto could not have been a better host, he was always available and offered recommendations during our stay. We did struggle with taxis but Alberto was always on hand to help us get about. Sad to be home, but will definitely book again. Thanks Alberto! Chris

Super séjour

Juste suffisamment excentré du centre ville pour être au calme et déjà à la campagne et nous rapprochant d’autres plages différentes. Proche de l’aéroport, sans être gêné par le bruit des avions... juste un peu proche de la route principale, mais tout à fait raisonnable côté terrasse et piscine .

Girls Trip to Ibiza

The villa is gorgeous, highly functional lay-out that offers privacy as well as communal spaces. Alberto is an outstanding, thoughtful, and accommodating host. The location was perfect for trips to Old Town or beaches- and just 10 minutes from the airport.

Review Villa Can Xocolate

Review Villa Can Xocolate First of all Alberto is a super host! He took the time to welcome us and explain the necessary rules to acces the home. We felt very welcome and whenever we had any questions we could text Alberto anytime and we received a reply very shortly. The tip we got for delicious paella was a treat! The villa was beautiful. The surrounding was nice, quiet and very southing! The rooms and bathrooms were nice, there is a big kitchen and a wonderful garden with swimming pool, bbq, big sofa-beds to chill, a big dining table and above all, a very stunning view! We visited the villa with 6 girls and had planned to go out for dinner most of the nights but instead we stayed at home because of the nice accommodation and facilities. It is the perfect place to relax. Swimming, Cooking / bbq and having dinner together at the house was super nice and relaxing. We do recommend a car. The villa is located quite remote but next to the main road. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Can Xocolate and we highly recommend this villa for a great stay in Ibiza! We will come back one day!!
