Cozy holiday room with a seating area in the garden in a single-family home, rural and quiet in the small village of Brusow near the small town of Kröpelin.

This beautiful one-room holiday room without a kitchen is located on the upper floor of a single-family home and can accommodate two people + one baby. The bathroom with bathtub and toilet is shared with guests from the neighboring holiday room (currently not rented!).
Smoking is permitted in the house. The property includes a lawn with a comfortable seating area, barbecue, and garden furniture. The ducks, geese, rabbits, dog, cat, and birds in the aviary are very popular with all children.

The wide, fine Baltic Sea beach with a pier and long beach promenade in the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn (12 km) and Rerik (14 km) is just a few minutes' drive away. Here you can enjoy wonderful walks, sunbathe, or swim. There is a sauna in the village. In Kröpelin, you will find everything you need for your daily life. Popular excursion destinations include the Minster in Bad Doberan (9 km), the Zoo in Rostock (26 km) and the Wonnemar adventure and leisure pool (34 km).

Ferienhaus ??? Das ich nicht lache ? Da war ein Zimmer , Keine Küche und Badmitbenutzung mit Vermieter . Vermieter Ehepaar sehr freundlich und entgegen kommend Aber : !!! Beide rauchen im Haus , der Qualm zieht bis nach Oben in das Zimmer !!! Naja ist ja Ihr Haus ! Wir , Nichtraucher , empfanden es als unerträglich !

Das geht überhaupt nicht. Rauchen ist ja OK. Aber man muss auch mal lüften. Meiner Tochter ist nach 3 Minuten schlecht geworden, weil es so sehr nach Rauch gerochen hat. Dazu kommt noch, dass man sich das WC mit dem Vermieter teilen muss. So etwas geht garnicht. Wir haben uns nach 5 Minuten entschieden, eine neue Unterkunft uns zu suchen.

Would you tell us something about the arrival? What did you think of the accommodation? What was the environment like? The arrival was ok, the garden nice and the host friendly. The room was old, small and noisy, but clean. The bathroom was private, very small and not meant for guests. Unfortunately the host became very unfriendly at night and threatened to put us on the street with a baby.
