A hall in which the 2 bedroom doors are located and an access to the luxury bathroom.
The stairs go to the top floor where the living room-kitchen is located and the outside terrace is equipped with furniture. No sea view but wonderfully quiet.
The living room has cable TV with all German channels and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Sweet and practical appartment in a great location

First of all, don't worry if the hosts don't answer immediately. But it would have been appreciated if the details of the check-in (just show up to their address and get the key) would have been communicated a few days earlier. But the appartment itself is really cosy and practical. The two bedrooms are downstairs and the combined living room and kitchen upstairs. Everything was clean and in good working condition. A balcony is available as well. Everything one could need is in walking distance. The beach (really close!), restaurants, a supermarket and various shops. South of Egmond aan Zee is a nature reservation if you want to go hiking. And of course bike paths are available everywhere. Alkmaar is 20 minutes away by car, if you want to visit a "real" city. Overall it was a pretty much perfect holiday there.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Obwohl wir morgens schon um 10.00 h vor Ort waren, konnten wir schon einchecken. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Ort waren einfach genial

Klein aber ausreichend

Wir waren 11 Tage im August 24 in der Wohnung 6/24 und es war in Ordnung. In der unteren Etage sind 2 Schlafzimmer und das Bad. In der oberen Etage kleine Küchenzeile (wirklich eine mini mini kleine Spülmaschine, tat aber was sie sollte), relativ keine Sitzgelegenheit für 3, kleiner TV, Terrasse. Durch die Aufteilung in Ober- und Untergeschoss wirkt die Whg größer als sie tatsächlich ist. Gut im Sommer, dass die Schlafzimmer unten sind- oben wurd es SEHR warm. Man kann aber super querlüften- war ok so. Pfannen und Töpfe könnten ruhig größer sein... Nudeln mussten wir in 2 Töpfen kochen, weil mein großer Topf vorhanden war! Unpraktisch. Fernsehprogramm auf deutsch Naja. 6 Kanäle: ARD, ZDF, WDR, NDR, SAT1, RTL - schon ein bisschen dürftig. Nette Vermieter. Sprechen deutsch. Freundlich und unkompliziert. Parken wurde easy geregelt. Im Nachhinein hätten wir als Egmond-Neulinge sehr gerne auch die Wochen-Duinenkaart bekommen, die war leider nicht im Preis enthalten. Außerdem wären für 11 Tage Aufenthalt mehr Handtücher super gewesen.. Das Doppelbett (linke Seite) war mega bequem!! Die Lage war ok. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone und in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Grundsätzlich ein solider Aufenthalt, jedoch schon relativ teuer, das geht für so viel Geld bestimmt noch gehobener. Danke trotzdem an Familie Wijker.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung ist klein aber funktional, liegt dafür in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, sinnvoll aufgeteilt und fühlt sich größer an als sie ist.

An sich ist die Unterkunft, wie auf den Bildern, nur teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles tut, was es tun soll. Der Geschirrspüler ist extrem klein. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie zu klein. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwer. Ich habe trotzdem ich die Nachricht extra per Translator auf niederländisch übersetzt hab teilweise keine Antwort bekommen. Das war schade.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Betten in der Wohnung waren sehr bequem, Wohnraum und Küche für 4 Personen ein wenig eng aber zweckmäßig. Die große Terrasse konnten wir leider zu der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen, ist im Sommer aber bestimmt super. Von unserer Vermieterin haben wir zu Silvester ein traditionelles Gebäck bekommen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Es war also ein rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt

Einfach praktisch und gute Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung für ein paar Tage mit unseren Kindern genutzt und waren insgesamt gut zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt ideal zur Fußgängerzone und zum Meer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine schöne Erfahrung dort Ferien zu machen!

Tolle Lage, und alles wie beschrieben und neu renoviert.

Ganz wenige Kleinigkeiten und es gäbe 100 Punkte: 1. Das Schloss der Balkontür und das Fenster im Bad funktionieren nur bedingt; genauso die Tür im 1. Stock, da werden Mal die Türgriffe rausfallen. Alles Kleinigkeiten. 2. Im Schlafzimmer sind die Betten viel zu weich und zu tief. Und wenn es ein kleines Bisschen stürmischer zugeht, rutschen die Betten auseinanderrrrrr. Das alles wäre für uns kein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen, aber dann wäre es ein vollkommenes Haus. Jedenfalls war es besser und schöner als viele Häuser die wir kennen gelernt haben, und eine uns wichtige Reklamation war am nächsten Tag erledigt, obwohl sie nicht ganz einfach war! Danke für diese Art Gastfreundschaft!!! Jedermann zu empfehlen, Sie werden es nie bereuen!
