Great location, nice stay

We enjoyed a 10-night stay recently and really enjoyed it. The unit is older, but was spacious and had everything we needed. The elevators worked wonderfully (an oddity in older units!), and the beach was just a few steps away. The outdoor pool was just fine for the kids, the indoor pool’s water was cloudy but it was a nice reprieve on rainy days. The balcony for our room was huge. Plenty of parking.

Relaxing getaway

Excellent location. Great beach access. Peaceful and very relaxing experience. Great central location to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Traffic can get hectic, but you just have to plan your travels at the right time. Overall great place to vacation for a reasonable price. Loved it! This was our 5th time in Orange Beach and we'll be back again in the near future, you can count on it!

Lovely Condo

Good location, great size, and beautiful balcony. Only complaint was that the wifi was weak and unsecured. Difficulties streaming shows on nights after beach, but I'd absolutely recommend the property!

The Palms #604

Beautiful condo. Only reason I checked four stars instead of five is the dryer and sliding doors from master bedroom. It took 240 minutes to dry 6 towels. Could probably save on electricity if dryer was replaced. Apparently this has been ongoing as I had read previous reviews regarding the doors and dryer. Neither has been addressed during the past few months. J. Phillips

Disappointed

Much smaller than description. Floors not clean!! Terrible!! Counter tops and stove top dirty. Never cool enough to be comfortable!! Overall quality inferior to previous properties rented from same owner. In addition I was charged a pet fee when one wedding guest had small dog for few hours while visiting!! Cleaning and pet fees should be refunded. Would never recommend this place or this owner!!
