The Aroma of the beach sand beneath your toes and sunshine on your back. Whatever you are looking for on your next trip to Orange Beach Seascape102 has it! Near world class golfing, shopping, restaurants and entertainment with just a 40 ft walk to beach access.

This 1200 sq ft 1st floor beach/gulfside condo offers an outdoor pool outdoor grill on-site and covered parking. Seascape 111 features a private spacious balcony fully-equipped kitchen washer/dryer and comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom. The warm tropical décor will make it hard to decide whether you should stay inside or head outdoors. Free WIFI. Monthly reservations can be made in this nonsmoking unit October to March 1 Escape to Seascape 111 for your next vacation destination!

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Enjoyed it!!

Short walk to the beach, it was very clean and the service staff was very helpful! Only thing I somewhat disliked it the parking places were very tiny. Otherwise highly recommend!

Overall, I would not recommend booking here only because of the fact that there were numerous problems we had during our stay here. Shockingly, the second we checked in to our reservation, there were literally three cockroaches around the property. After this incident, there were numerous other problems such as: . Lights of the ceiling fan not working in one of the bedrooms . The internet not working for the Tv in the twin bedroom . Pest control was supposed to come to handle the situation but never came . Overall, customer service line was not helpful and felt like they did not know what I was talking about, . Never acknowledged or apologized for the fact that we had to deal with the pest issue except for the managerHowever, the manager did refund us 348 for this issue and also the fact that we decided to depart early due to these circumstances. The location is good and the beach is great, food options are pretty decent and activities are limited to arcades and amusement parks; the closest malls are a good 30 minutes away.

Seascape 111

All in all this was a nice property located just a short walk from the beach. However, we did have a few issues the beds headboards were extremely dusty as well as the window sills and blinds. Ceiling fans have not been cleaned in awhile either. I point this out because my family has dust allergies. So we have to do some light cleaning when we got there. One of the hall closet doors was missing when we got there. Maintenance came two days later to install it, but without the door knob, said he would be back to put it on when we checked out. Maintenance did come when called for a clogged shower drain and a missing pull chain on the master bedroom ceiling fan. If you plan on cooking I would recommend bringing a few utensils and pots and or skillets. We bought a griddle while we were there because we could not find anything that we could cook pancakes in quickly for our crew. The cookware was really mix matched. All the appliances are new. I am thinking due to the hurricanes that came through last year. Parking is tight so if you have a large vehicle you may have difficulty getting in and out of your car if other vehicles are parked there. First morning we were awaken @ 6 am by the sound of heavy equipment as crews work on the roof. This went on for our entire trip. It would have been nice to have known that prior to our trip. The placement of the roofing materials made it difficult to back in and out of the parking area. All in all a nice property, but we may look for another property next trip.
