This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach side condo is in the heart of Orange Beach. Enjoy amazing obstructed VIEWS of the BEACH from the kitchen, living room, and spacious double balcony. The boardwalk to the beach is only steps away from our first/bottom floor unit.
*There is 1 short flight of stairs to get to the first floor.

This is an end unit with the boardwalk to the beach across from the unit.
*Enjoy having access to the beach just steps away from your front door*

-Family friendly complex with only 33 units.

We rented this for a week and it was nothing short of perfect. The walk right to the beach, being close to everything. The owner was amazing with communication and got back to us right away when we had a question! The views were beyond amazing!

Great Stay & Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy, the property was super close to the beach (a much shorter walk than the high condos we’ve previously stayed in) and it was close to the grocery stores. The host was super responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. The free parking is great, however if the other units are occupied it’s a tight fit with multiple cars so if you rent here I recommend backing in and stagger your vehicle with the one next to you!

Perfect Getaway

Nice updated unit with comfortable beds, and tvs in living room and all bedrooms. Large porch with gulf view. End unit with convenient parking and just steps away from boardwalk down to the beach. Small complex so not crowded and even a pool if you want to get away from the sand for a bit.

Wonderful beach vacay

Was quite impressed with the location and access to everything and ease of getting to and from the beach. The condo was so relaxing and well laid out. Blair& Jason the owners thought of everything to make you feel as if you were at home on the beach. We can not wait to book again! Extremely comfortable beds for 5 adults but could easily sleep more with room for everyone. Perfect set up and location. The only draw back is if the adjacent condos park incorrectly it will make it difficult to park an suv at night otherwise it’s perfect! Definitely recommend seaside 101!!!

Beautiful Beach!

Seascape was the perfect beach getaway! We loved the huge porch with ocean view. You are steps away from the gorgeous beach without the crowd of a high rise complex. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location - close to restaurants and grocery stores. We can’t wait to go back!
