Phoenix V 1105 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo that has AMAZING Gulf-front views from the 11th floor.

• Access to the gulf-front balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats eight and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Upon arrival, guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk ($55.00 each plus tax), limit 2 (credit or debit cards only).

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. While the weather wasn’t great during our stay, we did enjoy the indoor pool and the kids were able to play on the splash pad which was a huge hit.

The ONLY thing, which can’t be changed, we rented chairs and people with their own umbrellas and chairs would set up right in front of us. Obstructed our view of the ocean. The condo was great. Lots of room

Great condo!

This was an excellent place to stay for our family gathering…great condo, lots of comfortable seating, beautiful beach front location with amazing views, and easy communication with the owner. My only complaint would be that it’s not a very walkable area with young children, as there isn’t a sidewalk that’s well separated from the busy and fast road. The condo, however, was fantastic.

Could use a paint job and a deep clean. On bedroom 2, there is only a king bed. Little confusing description. The futon/ couch bed listed in room 2 is actually a couch bed in the living room. Overall nice property and convenient location.

Dirty diaper

The stay was wonderful but the place wasn’t that clean …. A dirty diaper was found under the guest room bed , sand in the beds in the room with 2 beds ( sheets had not been changed ) guest shower was not clean and frig was nasty . We made the very best of it …. Maybe consider a new cleaning service . Loved the balcony and laughed a lot with friends.

Perfect Stay

The condo unit itself was great. We were there for a softball tournament and all the other team members that visited were in awe of the spaciousness of our unit. All room were updated and nice. The mattresses, could use an upgrade, especially in the master, but they were not so bad that the impacted our stay. Unit was ready when we arrived and very clean and presentable. Only minor issue we had was when we were leaving and packing the car the door code was inactivated and did not work and it was only 945. Luckily my daughter was still inside and was able To let us in. But generally no complaints at all about the unit. Regarding the condo complex, the elevators are horrible and we’re worse during peak hours or checkin and checkout times. Not much the owner can do about this though. Overall I would consider this trip a success and well worth the price. Would definitely be interested in staying in this unit when and if we return to Orangw Beach.

Great summer vacation

The condo was perfect for our large family. We loved the location and the splash water park was perfect for our little kids. The three bedrooms are very spacious and the family room had plenty of space for all of us. There are no beach towels but Walmart is literally only 6 minutes away. We would definitely come back!

Great Fall Break Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect for our group. We all had plenty of space to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. The only thing that would've helped was of there would've been a few chairs at the table. We all look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect Location

Loved the location. Its was easy to get in/put of the parking lot. The condo was beautiful and had everything to get us started. You do get 2 patking passes but you don't realize until you get the check in info that you have to pay $55 for each one when you check in. It was still worth it! Lots of things for children/teens to do.
