Dimora Silclà is located on the ground floor, with two entrances, one of which has no architectural barriers. Strategically located just a few minutes walk from the historic center and a stone's throw from the sea. The house overlooks a beautiful natural pool of crystal clear water bordered by rocks and only 20 meters from the famous Cala Paura beach. Located in a quiet area where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Dimora Silclà consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a comfortable kitchenette and two bathrooms both with large showers. There is also a large communal terrace with breathtaking panoramic views with additional showers which can be accessed by lift or stairs. At Dimora Silclà you can enjoy every comfort including free wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning, flat screen TV. Possibility of free parking in front of the structure or guarded payment at only 20 meters.

We were 2 couples traveling through Puglia We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. Its was an easy walk to town. Great location across from the seawall.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect! Perfect size for our group of 5 adults as there was plenty of space. It was exactly as depicted in the pictures of the listing - no surprises. Location was excellent - walking distance to the beach, center of town and old town with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if I return to Polignano a Mare. Thank you Silvia!!!

Great location by the sea

Polignano a Mare is a fantastic, vibrant town in Puglia and the accommodation is perfectly placed to enjoy the fantastic views as well as being very close to the centre of town.

Eine schöne und zentrale Wohnung

Wir (Ehepaar) haben Anfang März eine Woche in der Wohnung von Silvia und Donata verbracht und den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand; modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist super gelegen - in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt; zahlreiche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Parksituation war - abgesehen von von einem Tag - jetzt Anfang März unproblematisch; in der Saison wird dies sicherlich anders sein. Die Kommunikation mit Donata und Silvia war sehr gut, auch während des Aufenthaltes wurde unverzüglich reagiert. Wir konnten die Wohnung schon deutlich früher beziehen. Auch die Abreise war sehr einfach: wegen unseres frühen Rückflugs von Bari mussten wir schon um 7:00 Uhr losfahren und konnten den Schlüssel einfach auf den Tisch legen. Fazit: So wie schon viele Besucher vorher geschrieben haben, ist die Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen!! Gerne würde man auch mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben!

Large, comfortable, close to everything

This property is in a building close to the town's historical centre and the famous beach featured all over the internet. It was really easy to find -- it's in a modern apartment building right on the seafront. The place is spotless and the beds are comfy. There's Netflix too. Donata and Silvia were extremely nice -- our flight was delayed so we arrived at the property well after midnight, however they came to show us in and give us all the information we needed. You can also book a one-hour boat tour with Gianni, Donata's husband -- it's worth it. Finding parking in the street can be challenging, but not impossible -- it should be easier during the off-season. Don't worry, you can also leave your car in a nearby parking lot for a daily fee. If you're looking for sandy beaches, there are a few nice ones south of Monopoli, just a short drive away.

wonderful in so many ways!

Such a lovely property with a wonderful view! Silvia & her lovely mum thought of everything to make our stay as easy, pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The property is clean, bright, well equipped & wonderfully located just minutes from the old town centre. Both the big and small touches were equally thoughtful. As hosts they provided lots of advice about things to see and do and were so helpful. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for our gift too. We will enjoy the orecchiette pasta now we are home. we hope we can come back one day soon!
