Mermaid Landing is a special vacation location. The house had everything you could ever think you might want in a vacation home. All the art, knickknacks, and necessary things were well thought out and made us feel warmly welcomed.

Had a great stay at this charming cabin. Our favorite thing was starting the day or ending the day on the deck on the water. We appreciated the cozy towels and that they provide beach towels as well, we also appreciated the air conditioning units in the rooms to get the house nice and cool. We stayed here to explore voyageurs national park.

Check in was great. Amy met us at the house and went over everything and answered all our questions. The house is so quaint and cozy. We loved sitting in the four season room when it was raining and enjoying the Adirondack chairs on the dock when the weather was nice. The kayaks and paddle boards were in great condition. We had a blast using them in the lake. Being able to see the sunrise and sunset right out the back door over the water was icing on the cake.

Voyageurs NP visit

We stayed here for 4 nights to explore Voyageurs National Park and surrounding area. We enjoyed everything about the place. Our kids especially enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and fishing gear. The ice cream place next door was a plus as well. Awesome place!

Family get together

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property. The water was calm enough to take out the small kayaks this time. The cabin is equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Good spot great views

Family of three was just right for the size and space. Very clean and updated kitchen. Views are great and couldn’t get any closer to the water than this one is. Can’t wait to try it in the summer.

My favorite rental

Really nice, quality space. So many VRBOs are cheap and full of cheap junk, and this space was really nice and thoughtfully curated. The owners and property managers were all fantastic.
