Junonia 303 is a vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island. Managed by Select Vacation Properties~ This lovely three-bedroom top floor condominium overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. #303 is the West side penthouse unit. It features views of the water from both the living area and master bedroom with doors to a wide balcony from both rooms. The condominium has an open floor plan with plenty of room for a large family. There are flat screen TV's, cable and high speed internet available. The condo is located in a quiet natural area of Sanibel where all can see flora and fauna. You are only steps away from the water. The complex features a heated pool and tennis courts.

This unit is also equipped with the latest key-less entry "smart-lock" technology. This new key-less smart lock feature will offer the option to check-in directly to the property. With this new smart key-less entry system, your Sanibel Island vacation rental is more secure and offers other significant benefits like:

Pretty Happy With Junonia 303

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing in Sanibel for more than 10 years at least once per year, and several twice per year. Therefore, we have stayed at several different units on the island. We have even stayed in another unit at Junonia. Junonia 301 is very large with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would rank it average with its cleanness and it is apparent that it needs some maintenance to it. The master bathroom had two pocket doors. One didn’t work at all while the other barely did. The master toilet has issues with it too. Vent grills throughout were dirty. The unit also has many things that are positive too. It is fully stocked with the amenities you will need for your stay. It is furnished well and has nice televisions along with good wifi internet. The view from the back lanai is incredible. The walk to the beach is very short. The fact that it is a nine unit complex makes it feel like you’re the only one there. Overall, we really enjoyed our two week stay in Junonia 303 and would recommend Select Vacation Properties. They made check-in and check-out as easy as it could be. They provide detailed information about your unit and instructions on how to contact them if needed. I would be glad to rent from them again.

The staff at Select are very professional and accommodate your needs. We had the AC break at night on Saturday night, I called the number got a hold of Linda Sunday morning she had an AC man there within 2 hours. The WiFi has been upgraded to high speed which is great if you need to work.

As we had several foodies staying with us the kitchen was well equipped to prepare some excellent meals from scratch. Nice not having to eat out or order out all the time. We were pleased to find a high chair and pack n play for our toddler granddaughter.

Far away from daily life...............

It was the 7th time we came to this spot on the Island and never regreded it. Besides beaches and sea we bycikled every day sometime to the lighthouse or Captiva Isalnd to keep somehow in shape after dinners at Timbers, Trader and many other places which are contained in many of the publications available at many places. Last but not least we enjoyed the libary with all its books, DVD's and the cool tranquillity.

Reviewer Comments: air conditioning system not able to adequately cool the condo unit - back bedroom was especially hot. Need new Beds - mattresses to soft and saggy. Need new drip coffee pot and new refrigerator. (door is rusting). Need sharp knives and knife sharpener. Need new skillets and pans that have stick free cooking surfaces like calphalon coated.
