Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit schitterende vakantiehuisje! De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht, met een karakteristieke sfeer die het extra gezellig maakt. Alles was keurig proper bij aankomst, wat we erg op prijs stelden. De tuin is pperfect om te ontspannen. Bovendien hebben we veel plezier gehad met de pingpongtafel! De eigenaars zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een sfeervol vakantieverblijf!

Ein wunderbares Haus

Dieses wunderbare Haus übertraf unsere Erwartung. Die Küche bot allees Erdenkliche, was braucht um gut zu kochen. Der Esszimmer- und Wohnzimmerbereich sund fürstlich und gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer geschmackvoll und mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist riesengroß mit einer Schaukel und einer Tischtennisplatte. Wir waren rundherum begeistert!!

Gelegen in een klein dorpje is dit absolute rust. Daarbovenop een uitstekende crément boer op wandelafstand. Verder is restaurant l'Imprévu in Laignes meer dan de moeite waard. Top eten voor een zacht prijsje.

Très agréable séjour en famille dans un site formidable où l'on se sent comme à la maison. Quoi de mieux espérer. Literie parfaite, vaisselle et matériel pour cuisiner en quantité idéale. Région à visiter, belles ballades et bâtisse permettant de rester chez soi en étant très à l'aise par mauvaise météo. A recommander sans souci.

Très beau séjour dans une belle maison agréable

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans la maison. La région est magnifique et la maison très agréable! Seul bémol : le chauffage en période hivernale dans la pièce de vie. Sinon, la maison a tout ce qu’il faut, est bien distribuée et est très agréable à vivre à plusieurs. La literie est bonne (seul le cadre du lit de la chambre du fond devrait être changé car couine beaucoup).

Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis met alle comfort. Het is gelegen in een heel rustig dorpje. Elke ochtend om 10 uur komt de bakker met heerlijk vers stokbrood in het dorp. Voor de andere boodschappen kan je aar Chatillon-sur-Seine gaan. Wij hebben genoten van de rust, de grote tuin en de uitzichten over de velden. Ook de pingpongtafel en de barbecue werden veel gebruikt! Wij bezochten Troyes, de bron van de Douix, het grote meer in fôret d'orient en gingen veel wandelen in de bossen in de buurt om reetjes en roofvogels te spotten.

Ideale plek voor een rustige vakantie. Fijn huis. Alles was aanwezig. Ook benodigdheden voor het huishouden (zeep voor de wasmachine enz.....) Echt oud-Franse uitstraling. De ommuurde tuin is ideaal voor jongere kinderen en huisdieren. Fijne ruime slaapkamers. Een klein minpuntje dat de tweede badkamer op de benedenverdieping ligt waar geen slaapkamers zin.

Het was een zeer geslaagde en ontspannen vakantie en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De grote burgerwoning is gelegen aan het uiteinde van een klein Bourgondisch landelijk en rustig dorpje. De vele kamers zijn allen ruim en stralen een authentieke charme uit. Het huis is extreem goed uitgerust en de accommodatie is proper en netjes. Grote ommuurde tuin met veel fruitbomen. Sympathieke eigenaar die zich met hart en ziel inzet voor uw comfort. Prettig ontvangen door de eigenaren. Flesje champagne stond klaar. Mooi uitzicht over een vallei met korenvelden. Rustieke omgeving. Prima ruime verbouwde Franse boerderij. Grotendeels in oorspronkelijke staat. Bij gebouwen wat rommelig maar die hoef je niet te gebruiken. Prachtige zeer ruime ommuurde tuin.
