In front of the residence you will find a supermarket and a pharmacy, as well as the bus stop for Nice Airport. The best bakery in Juan-les-Pins is just around the corner. The train station is 5 minutes walk and you can visit all the cities of the Cote d'Azur. The ferry terminal is also very close, and the ferry will take you to visit the neighboring islands, St Tropez and Monaco.
