Property is well equipped with everything the up to 8 people staying there would need. Modern well fitted kitchen and bathroom. bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Plenty of towels, basic toiletries in bathroom and cloakroom. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate in kitchen. Will definitely stay there again if I go to Easington.
We were delayed in arriving due to bad weather and traffic but use of keybox by host meant this wasn't a problem for our host or for us.

Great locations for beaches, Durham Seaham, Newcastle, Sunderland.
The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds and the least creaky stairs we have ever used. Friendly helpful neighbours. Our host was so lovely and made efforts to ensure our comfort. A cost cutter shop over the road was a bonus. Seeing pony and traps going passed the window was a plus as well.
