Villa Lemonia is situated in Miliou village, a small, quiet, amazingly green village with lemon and other citrus trees, other plantations and wild plants. The villa is carefully designed and built with traditional material, like local stone, local marble, wood. Situated in a peaceful environment with absolute privacy and excellent views.
In Lemonia villa you will be in a natural, innocent environment, so far from noise and pollution and yet so near the tourist attractions. Car hire is essential.
Distances:
25 minutes driving distance from the town of Paphos and 15 minutes driving distance from Polis town (both tourist attractions).
Coast/Beach: 15’ driving distance from nearest beach (north) , 25' from Afrodite's Baths (north) and 20' from Coral Beach (west).
Golf: 25’ driving distance from Tsada golf course.
Airport: 40’ driving distance from Paphos airport.
Places of interest for somebody to visit in the nearby villages (some within walking distances) include old churches, watermills, a Herb Garden and a Rural Life Museum, traditional taverns etc.

Inside Facilities:
Spacious kitchen with new and modern equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including stove, extra large fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave oven, kettle, water filters.
Three bedrooms (two of them with en-suit bathroom), the main bedroom has a king size bed with a luxury mattress, large verandas and a gorgeous sitting area offer comfort and warmth. We provide cot beds and children's high chair if needed
Free Internet access, TV, DVD, CD player and books in the living room.
Air-condition is optional and charged at 4 euros per night per unit (available in the dining room, living room and in the bedrooms). Central heating is free.

Peaceful

We wanted a relaxing holiday and we were not disappointed. The villa is situated high up with fabulous views. The very large pool was perfect for swimming lengths, just having fun or just cooling off. The inside space was spacious. We visited Latchi on a number of occasions to eat in the evening and to see the boats. Marina was always available for help or advice and easy to contact. We had a wonderful time and we look forward to coming back in the fiture.

Villa in paradise

Wonderful villa in the countryside. Very quiet and with a beautiful garden. Perfect for relaxing and a starting point for many excursions.

Lovely, peaceful and relaxing

The property is really lovely. Great location. Quiet and peaceful with fab views. Pool and outdoor space are superb. BBQ a little small but it's fine otherwise. Living space and kitchen is spacious and fairly well equipped. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable and there's loads of storage space. Main bathroom could definitely do with modernising but it's functional. Terrace is great for star-gazing but there isn't much in the way of furniture up there and the only way onto the terrace is through one of the smaller bedrooms.
