Upon entering, you’ll find a comfortable lounge equipped with a large OLED TV and a PlayStation 5 with a selection of games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, making meal preparation a delight. The outdoor area has also been revamped, featuring a top-of-the-line ceramic Primco BBQ, similar to the Big Green Egg, perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. The cosy rooftop terrace with ambient lighting offers a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the stunning views. Upstairs, the villa offers three double guest rooms, one with an en-suite shower, and private balconies that make the most of the breathtaking scenery. There is also a separate family shower room on this level. On the ground floor, there are two additional double guest rooms and a separate family shower room.

The villa’s location provides peace and tranquility while being a short drive from the Coral Bay Strip, with its top beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops.
