There is ample parking within the villa grounds, providing convenient and secure access for guests. On entering the villa, you are welcomed into an impressive reception room that immediately sets the tone for the space, quality and attention to detail found throughout the property.

The main living area is bright, spacious and open plan, creating a relaxed and sociable environment ideal for families or groups of friends. At the centre of the space is a stylish modern kitchen, fitted with high-spec appliances and designed for both everyday convenience and entertaining. The villa offers five spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed with comfort, privacy and relaxation in mind. USB charging points are available on the socket outlets, and each room is finished with carefully selected prints showcasing areas of local natural beauty.

Bedroom 1 – Paloma

Located on the ground floor, Paloma offers easy same-level access and is ideal for guests who prefer not to use stairs. This spacious room includes excellent storage, a super king-size bed, a double sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom. Double patio doors open out onto a quiet garden space, creating a peaceful setting for morning coffee or a little time away from the main living areas.

Bedroom 2 – Manhattan

Situated on the first floor, Manhattan is a generous and stylish bedroom with plenty of storage, a super king-size bed, a double sofa bed and a modern ensuite wet room. Three large slit windows and double sliding patio doors fill the room with natural light. The bedroom opens directly onto a balcony, the perfect place to enjoy drinks while taking in the stunning sea views.

Bedroom 3 – Mojito

Also located on the first floor, Mojito is a spacious and inviting bedroom featuring a centrally positioned king-size bed, ample storage and double sliding doors leading out to the balcony. Guests can enjoy beautiful views across Coral Bay, even while relaxing in bed.

Bedroom 4 – Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan is a spacious first-floor bedroom with a super king-size bed, double sofa bed, generous storage and an ensuite bathroom. A large window overlooks the garden area and out towards the Akamas Peninsula, while double sliding patio doors provide access to the balcony. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy evening drinks, stunning sea views and breathtaking Cyprus sunsets.

Bedroom 5 – Daiquiri

Located on the first floor, Daiquiri is another spacious and comfortable bedroom, offering a king-size bed, double sofa bed, storage and an ensuite bathroom. Double sliding doors open onto a Juliet balcony, with views over the quiet garden area.

In addition to the ensuite facilities, the villa also benefits from well-equipped central shower rooms on both the ground floor and first floor, providing added convenience for families and larger groups.

Breathtaking Outdoor Living

The outside space is truly breathtaking and has been designed to make the most of Cyprus outdoor living. At the heart of the grounds is a large, multi-level crystal-clear swimming pool, perfect for relaxing, cooling off and enjoying long sunny days.

The pool includes an in-pool sunbathing area, built-in bar stools, large easy-access steps and a generous main swimming area. The wide steps make entering and exiting the pool simple and comfortable, while also providing the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the water.

Directly outside the main living area, modern comfortable sunbeds are arranged across a large tiled terrace, creating a stylish and spacious area for sunbathing and relaxation. Luxury thatched sun umbrellas provide welcome shade and add to the relaxed Mediterranean feel.

Coast/Beach

The lovely sandy Corallia Beach is literally across the road and we also recommend Coral Bay beach. Both beaches are family oriented and great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available, water sports are on offer and there are beach cafés providing refreshments.

Golf

There are several excellent golf courses in Cyprus, all of them around the popular Tourist areas of Paphos: Aphrodite Hills, Tsada, Secret Valley, Minthis Hills, Elea. All within approximately 30-45 minutes drive.

Location

Villa Margarita is fantastically located right opposite the fabulous Corallia Beach and just a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Coral Bay is just 1.5km and is full of restaurants, bars and shops. It is around a 30 minute drive from Paphos International Airport, with direct flights from all major airports. Daily flights with EasyJet and RyanAir from the UK can be found with great prices. Larnaca Airport is approx a 1 hour and 45 minute drive via a very well maintained highway.

Further Details

The area of Coral Bay has a whole strip of fantastic restaurants, everything from traditional Greek Meze to International cuisine, bars, clubs, a mini-amusement park with mini golf, shops, bakery, mini-markets, a bank, coffee shops, a bookshop, florist, chemist, a couple of hairdressers and loads more.





Latchi is just approx a 35 minute drive and here you can enjoy a great fish meze in one of the many restaurants along the harbour front and take out a self-drive boat from Latchi Watersports Centre with a 15% saving using our special arrangement or join a boat tour to see the famous Blue Lagoon.

Paphos is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the main attractions to see and many other historical sites as well as the Old Town with its famous indoor market.

You can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip from Paphos Harbour, enjoy spa treatments, golf or take a diving course. Sea Caves, the Akamas Peninsula and Troodos Mountains have the most amazing views, or why not take a car and drive around the island and explore small villages. There is plenty to do and see in Paphos!

Taxis are very reasonable in Cyprus and car hire is also very reasonable.
