Lovely hosts and cozy rustic cabin

Our family of 7 loved our stay here. It was an adventure driving up the mountainside about 20 minutes from town. The cabin was well-stocked and rustic. The view was fantastic, the surroundings were quiet and relaxing. Our hosts were amazing and one of the best parts of our trip.

Lovely holiday

Property exactly as stated. Lovely people renting it out. The views are breathtaking and an abundance of wildlife along with it. Would definitely recommend.

Lakeview

It was a very comfortable house with a great deck to enjoy the wonderful view on the lake. The road towards the house is exactly as described. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

De weg naar het huis is moeilijk begaanbaar maar dat is de moeite waard, mooi uitzicht op het meer

Prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer

Prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer van 1000 meter hoogte. Heerlijk huis, met veel mogelijkheden voor warm en kouder weer, voor veranda, achter de bbq. Sfeer van een berghut. Erg gastvrije mensen en erg behulpzaam. Minpuntje: wat ons betreft had veel duidelijker aangegeven mogen worden dat de laatste 300 meter een erg steile klim is per voet, inclusief alle bagage die je meeneemt. Geen pad, geen trapjes maar graspollen. Daarnaast merkten we dat de 26 haarspeldbochten naar het dorp een redelijke belemmering zijn om "even" iets beneden in het dorp te doen. Zeer geschikt voor mensen die van avontuur houden en goed ter been zijn. Wij vinden het minder geschikt voor erg jonge kinderen en ouderen welke slecht ter been zijn.

Clean family and respectful of house rules. Unfortunately they weren't able to understand what is written very clearly in the announcement, especially regarding the location and the street. All our other guests in the past have understood perfectly and in fact they have all given us 5 stars especially for our perfect communication .... this family is the only one who has misunderstood. To help them in addition to what was established, we also accompanied them to the front door bringing their luggage with our car !!

Sehr schöner Ort zum Ausspannen

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage bzw. die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten draußen einnehmen mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Das Haus ist weit abgelegen und etwas schwer zu erreichen. Aber die Vermieter sind herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wer Ausspannen will und die Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.

A Rustic Retreat

The approach road from the lakeside is very winding and steep,narrow and the surface has seen better days, and the last 100 mtrs. on foot across an Alpine meadow. The property is a charming alpine chalet,homely and welcoming, and the view from the full length veranda,spectacular,as you are some 900 mtrs. above the lake side so you have an extensive view of the lake Como, lakeside villages, surrounded by snow capped mountains.The location was delightfully tranquil. Viviana,the hostess, was charming and very helpful . Myself and my partner thoughroughly enjoyed our stay.
