Villa Lu-Ma offers you a luxurious and exclusive accommodation. The villa is located just 5 meters from the sea. Here you can relax and unwind. The almost 200sqm villa consists of two floors.
The villa is located in Turanj, near the popular tourist destination Zadar but also the Sibenik.
The excellent position of the villa directly at the sea just a few steps from the sea, are just some characteristics that make this villa a wonderful holiday property. The attractive villa offers magnificent views over the Adriatic Sea and is particularly popular with families and groups of friends who enjoy their privacy. From the pool terrace you have the most beautiful view of the sea with the crystal clear water and the boats that vary in it. Because of the good Westlage of the villa they enjoy the sun all day long.
On the ground floor you will find a modern, cosy living room overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bathroom, one bedroom and a covered terrace, also with a stunning sea view. The bedrooms, 4 in total, 3 are located on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor, as well as three bathrooms and a spacious lobby. This family villa can accommodate a max. of 8-10 persons. The villa has its own heated private pool where you can relax and soak up the sun, but if you feel like taking a dip in the sea, the crystal clear Adria is only a couple of steps from the villa. Outdoors you will also find a dining area and a charcoal barbecue, where you can prepare meal for the entire family.
