Holiday house at Cap Fréhel (from 4 to 8 people)

Breton house renovated in 2011 to accommodate up to 8 people in the greatest comfort. Close to beaches and shops and tourist spots (Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, St Malo, Cancale, Mont St Michel ...). Private parking for 4 to 5 vehicles. Wooded grounds of 15 ares including an orchard, a playground with all the outdoor games provided and a barbecue. The house is equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, 2-seat reclining sofa, TV and DVD player, Italian shower, wall-hung toilet). The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with new bedding and very pleasant bedrooms for quality sleep. Tenants will find board games, books and DVDs available to them.
A welcome booklet will allow you to discover the places and the good addresses to visit.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus von Armelle und können es nur empfehlen! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, absolut sauber und hundefreundlich - wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Deswegen möchten wir sehr gerne auch noch einmal in einer wärmeren Jahreszeit kommen, um den komplett eingezäunten Garten ausgiebig zu genießen. Plevénon ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um das Cap Frehel zu erkunden. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände in der Gegend, so viele Wege zum Laufen und Wandern, einfach perfekt, vor allem auch mit Hunden. Armelle ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Formidable pour visite de sites mégalithiques, de paysages fabuleux. Propice aux balades à pied, notamment sur le sentier des douaniers tout proche. Plage à moins d'1 km à pied, avec baignade agréable à marée haute. Moules, huîtres fraîches chez le producteur, bons poisson au marché d'Erquis ou à Matignon. Excellent séjour

Un très bon séjour dans une maison où tout est prévu, pratique et chaleureux. Nous avons profité du grand jardin, de sa partie cocooning, des bains de soleil, des plages, des balades. Nos loulous à quatre pattes ont bien profité aussi de cette pause ensoleillée. La semaine est passée très vite, mais nous reviendrons certainement.

Sejour a Plevenonl

La maison est un excellent point de depart pour visiter ce bout de Bretagne! Elle est tres agreable a vivre dans un ecrin de verdure et ce grand terrain clôturé que nos chiens ont adoré. On peut toujours trouver quelque chose de negatif mais nous allons y retourner car nous n avons rien trouvé !

Mais il n'y a pas de WC au premier étage... L'objectif sera de réaliser une extension au RDC afin de mettre à disposition une suite parentale avec WC et SDB le tout en plein pied...surtout pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Parfait nous reviendrons

Location très propre et très bien équipée. Nous n'avons pas vu la propriétaire mais tout est bien indiqué dans la maison et elle est joignable sans problème. Notre chien a bien profité du grand jardin clos. Possibilité de le mettre dans le chenil extérieur si il ne peut pas nous accompagner. Merveilleuses vacances trop courtes nous serons obligés de revenir pour faire toutes les randonnées. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Excellent séjour à Plevenon

Jolie propriété proche de belles plages et de randonnées à points de vue. Maison telle que décrite où nous avons apprécié séjourner. L'équipement en vaisselle et ustensiles est impressionnant. Le grand jardin est agréable et pratique pour nos compagnons à quatre pattes. L'hôtesse est prévenante et à l'écoute , même à distance. Adresse à connaître et à retenir.

Détente en Bretagne

Sympathique maison, a proximité de la mer, plage. Très belle région, les balades dans les environs sont toujours agréables. Il ne faut pas forcément être grand pour pratiquer cette maison, mais on s'y adapte. Le temps n'a pas été propice à profiter du jardin - dommage.

Grande satisfaction de notre séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, la maison est grande, très bien agencée, idéalement située dans un endroit calme, le terrain autour de la maison est grand et a fait le bonheur de notre chien, il y a suffisamment de place pour plusieurs voitures, le contact avec la propriétaire est excellent, franchement tout a été parfait, nous en garderons un excellent souvenir

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison bien équipée avec un beau jardin qui a fait notre bonheur et celui de nos 3 chiens . Les plus : son emplacement qui permet de découvrir la région et l écoute attentive de la propriétaire. Une belle adresse à retenir et à recommander. On y reviendra avec plaisir.
