About this property

Holiday home in Lacave for 5 people (with heated swimming pool in 2023)

This charming property built in 1864 has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, so that it can be enjoyed in all seasons. Wooden beams and floors, unusual features and carefully chosen soft furnishings all add to the cosy atmosphere. Rear garden swimming pool 7 x 3 metres.
The house is on 3 floors:
The ground floor: a spacious and well equipped kitchen and bar opening onto a dining area with an inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen.
First floor: a comfortable living room with two sofas, and a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Second floor: a large air-conditioned family suite with one king size bed, two twin beds and a spacious shower room.

The garden: there is a very large vine covered terrace with lovely views of the village and cliffs of the Dordogne (500M away), with built-in barbecue and stylish garden furniture (dining area and separate lounge area with sofa). New for spring/summer 2023: a heated swimming pool with terrace and sun loungers in the rear garden (photos will be provided beginning 2023).
