Great place, clean and bright. Balcony overlooking the river and the nice tourist boats with great music. Easy check in and check out. Parking is convenient and protected by roof. Easy walking distance to Broadway and German Town. The owner is lovely and communication is always fast.

Great location with plenty of free parking. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And we loved the balcony with the river view! Kim was very easy to communicate with and responded right away. We would definitely stay there again!!

Kim was great to work with from day one. There was an issue with the air and she had to have the unit replaced but it was done, they worked 12 hrs to make sure we had air that night. Condo was super nice! Close enough to walk but also cheap UBER as well. Beautiful views of the river. I highly recommend Kim and any of her condos.

We loved everything about this property! Kim provides a whole book of amazing recommendations and information, location to Broadway is great, you can walk it or super cheap Lyft ride. The condo was well stocked with all the essentials and very clean! I will recommend to anyone looking to visit the area!

Such a cutie place to getaway! Had no issues finding the location. Check in a was easy. The space was clean. The view was beautiful. Parking lot is huge, and the place was accessible. Will be back!

The host and the property were great. The property was clean, the check in was easy. It is conveniently located and close to all the action. While you could walk to things, with the heat at the time and children we found it easier to drive and park closer to our activities for each day.

Property was in very convenient location with about a 15 minute walk to Broadway. The condo was clean, quiet had great view of the River and was decorated in a fun Nashville theme. The free covered parking was also a plus. We didn’t do much cooking because we always ate out but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The owner Kim was very easy to work with and replied to questions quickly. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location with a great view of the river, comfortable beds & a well stocked kitchen. The best part of the rental was our host, Kim. We encountered an issue during our stay & she did everything possible to rectify the situation. She was quick to respond & do what was needed to help us out! For those looking for a gym to use, the facility gym is “under renovation” & almost all of the equipment is broken. This is not the fault of the host, but be aware if a useable gym is part of your criteria when choosing a place to stay!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! So many extra touches it made you feel right at home.We enjoyed being able to walk to Broadway, use the balcony and relax in the living room.
