Great location, perfect for two.

The location is great for skiing on the Canyons side of PC. It is also a short walk to the Canyons Village, restaurants, etc. Kitchen stocked adequately, excellent hot water, comfortable bed. Great view of the mountain from bedroom window, wake up to alpenglow. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. We would return.

Great Location Dirty Property

I am not one to complain, and I am not overly particular when it comes to how “high end” a property is... and honestly I am not overly particular about the quality of furnishing ect... but when I experience down right filth and safety issues. I will make it known. This property hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There is a smell of sewage coming from underneath the kitchen sink. I believe it to be grey water from lack of cleaning but cannot guarantee that as I wouldn’t put my hands far enough under there to find out. The bed in the master is just short of sleeping on bare wire springs. My back in not back to normal yet. In every single VRBO or AirBNB experience I have had until now, there were basic things available like trash bags that actually fit the trash cans, dish soap that didn’t smell of sewage, and vents that didn’t have mold and cob webs that clearly had not been cleaned in years. Oh, and let’s not forget the multiple holes in the ceiling that were cut in two or three foot sections exposing electrical and gas lines. Not to mention the multitude of spiders that we encountered on day one. My advice to potential renters... spend more money on a better property. My advice to the owners. Clean the place. Fix the holes in the ceilings. Get a half way decent bed. Get some basic amenities like trash bags. Take some pride in the property instead of just trying to make a buck. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. Good not great location. Decent clubhouse pool. Horrible condo. Overall good communication from property manager.

I operate a travel company specializing in global vacation rentals. I also co-author a travel blog. I learned to ski in Park City, and look forward to sharing my condos and mountain town.

Why they chose this property

Park City was where I learned to ski when I was young. I have loved visiting and always wanted to have my own place one day. The area has some of the best skiing in the world, with six elite resorts within easy driving distance. Beyond just amazing terrain, Utah is known for the airy, light, fluffy, powdery snow. Great restaurants and wonderful festivals like Sundance.. what more can you ask for in a ski town?
