Independent studio recently built according to the criteria of bio-construction and energy saving. Independent cottage and not far from the main house where the owners live.
The studio has a large living room with an equipped kitchenette; of a double bed and a bathroom.
From mid-June, July and August, free use of the swimming pool 5 minutes by car. Extraordinary panorama over the Tiber valley between Perugia and Gubbio.
All around so much countryside and nature and a few kilometers by car, the beautiful cities of Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.
The studio has a large living room with an equipped kitchenette; of a double bed and a bathroom.
