Great house and location

Our group loved the house. Plenty of bedrooms with comfy beds and private baths. Had a great time enjoying the pool and hot tub. Location could not have been better.

Had a great time with our group of 10. Plenty of space for everyone and the pool/hot tub were a huge hit. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.

Overall I’d give it a 4.5. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were perfect for our group of 15. The pool was lovely - although it would be nice to have an umbrella over the shallow area for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. The third floor deck is awesome, but so hot! An umbrella up there would have been nice. The proximity to the beach was great and the chairs and wagon were wonderful.The biggest cons - the steps. There are a lot. It was also really inconvenient to not have indoor steps out to the pool directly, there were only the hot metal spiral ones from the second floor. The last thing is the noise from downtown- it was very loud on both Friday and Saturday nights. We were really surprised at how late it went on. Nice property overall. We had a great time.

Great Stay!

Came with a group of adults and kids. Location was perfect for both, basically a block to the beach and less than that to restaurants, stores, etc. Pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit for when we didn’t want to pack for the beach.

Amazing property in a beautiful location

This stay was everything we hoped it would be. The property is literally 1-2 blocks from everything walking distance. Gorgeous property with all of the amenities. The beds were top tier comfortable. Will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, property management even notified us that house was ready 2 hours prior official check-in time! Nice deck area, short walk to the beach and shopping area. Liquor store close by!

A fantastic property. Quick response to a couple of minor problems. Well equipped kitchen and nice to have two sets of washers & dryers. Location was perfect as close to the beach, good proximity to shops, bars, and restaurants. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Can't beat this walkable location

We stayed here with 6 kids (1-7 years old) and 7 adults. The overall space in the house, the walkability to everything we could need in the area (easy beach access, restaurants and shopping, transportation, etc.), and the private pool were everything we could have asked for and would be hard to beat. I wouldn't call the house "fancy" but it was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (and beyond) we needed and everything was in good working order.

4th Annual Adult Siesta Keys trip

It was our first time at this home! It was beautiful & was even better than the pictures . We love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Location is perfect! The pool and house was amazing in every way! Also having a frig on every floor helps when you are using the stairs through out the day!

Amazing house for family!!

We’ve stayed in a dozen or so houses on Siesta Key, but this one might be our favorite! It was a 2min walk to the Village, a 2min walk to the beach, and every room had its own bathroom. It was really perfect for our large family. When we arrived, the pool was a little dirty— there had been some storms so it was understandable— but communication with the property management company was easy and they took care of it the next day. We do wish it had been cleaned up that same day because we had young kids that wanted to swim after a 16 hour drive, but all in all this house was AMAZING and we would love to stay there again. There isn’t a ton of cabinet space in the main kitchen to store food (no pantry) and the back door has an alarm that’s pretty loud (required by law), but that’s not a complaint— just an FYI. We loved it and recommend this to anyone looking for a large house for vacation!

We really loved this home, except with children there were times we needed a broom, mop, or vacuum. There were none. We had to call for a broom. The picture showed extra loungers by the pool but were none. The bottom level was to have a pool table and extra games. There was a ping pong table with 1 ball. and no other item to entertain teens, Otherwise loved the location and had a great time. May consider rerenting in the future.

Good time had by all. 6-7 minute walk to the beach and 3-4 minute walk to some shops and restaurants. House was in good shape. Management team did a nice job. No complaints (other than Red Tide but that’s Mother’s Nature’s fault)

Great escape

The property is so close to the beach and restaurants. We were able to rent paddle boards and they we're very helpful (suggested we go a different day due to winds). Lots of space and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you would need for cooking. Kind of a pain with the stairs, but we got our workout in. It was a great space and great times were had.

Best Birthday Ever!

Came with my older children (19-22yrs) cousins and a few girlfriends (16 total) to celebrate my 50th. House was as beautiful as the pictures, and everyone had a great time. Plenty of room, loved the game rooms especially when it rained. We had everything we needed. It is a lot of stairs, but we needed to work off the food/drink. Easy walk to the beach, rented a golf cart to get around and it was perfect. No one wanted to leave, highly recommend for groups!
