The space:
Comfortable holiday apartment near a pebble beach at a distance of 200m, many natural stone beaches and public swimming pool. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and bathroom. At the front is a fenced terrace where you can relax in peace. A shared terrace next to the apartment with a place for bbq is accessible to all guests. The apartment is child-friendly. Four-legged friends are also very welcome!

Two bedroom apartment is fully equipped with all necessary amenities: flat screen TV, air conditioner, heating (just in case you come from the summer season), washing machine, freezer, dishes, hair dryer and iron. The aparment has a total surface area of ​​80m2.

Guests have access to all areas.

Public transport:
Šolta has a good ferry connection with the mainland. The (car) ferry from Split to Rogač (the main port of the island) sails one hour or catamaran line sails 30 min.
On the island is a bus. It's helpful to know that all bus schedules are synchronized by either, (car) ferries and fast catamaran connections.
The best way to move around this island is on foot or rent a bicycle and scooter.

Other things to note:
In Nečujam there is a grocery store which is only open during the summer months (from 15 June till 15 September). In central village Grohote one can find a supermarket throughout the year. If you are planning to stay in Nečujam outside the summer months then it is recommended to have a car. You can easily rent a car at Split Airport or at Split Ferry Port.

A doctor or pharmacy on the island is located in central village Grohote all year long.

The neighborhood:
Šolta island is the closest island to mainland. It's an ideal destination for quiet holidays, without having to give up visiting Split city in one day. The island of Šolta is near islands Brac and Hvar and the thirteenth largest island of Croatia. Šolta belongs to the central Dalmatian islands. The island is less known, but no less beautiful than other Croatian islands. The island has many bays and inlets and covers an area of 52 km2. On the island many small villages which are definitely worth visiting once: Nečujam, Stomorska, Maslinica, Rogač, Grohote, Gornje Selo, Srednje Selo, Donje Selo.

Maslinica
It's the only island's village situated in the cove or the western part of Šolta island. It has beautiful scenery of picturesque cove and pinewood in the southern side and also well-protected cove of Sesul and archipelago of seven islands.

Stomorska
It's the oldest port on the island. First families settled in Stomorska as early as in the 16th century. Stomorska has been famous for its fleet or big wooden ships that were used to carry Solta's wine and olive oil on mainland and in Italy.

Nečujam
The youngest village of the island, founded by building summer houses but also by planned hotel building. Nečujam is the largest and according to some the most beautiful cove of the island.

Rogač
Rogač is the main port of the island but also a tourist village with nautical marina, gas station and beautiful coves (Banje, Kasjun, Zustova and others) which makes this place an excellent spot for nautical tourism.
