The apartment is located just 80 meters from the beach "Tremonti" in a small residential area of Baja Sardinia (Borgo I Cedri) on the beach of Tremonti. In 5 minutes you reach the main square, the Baja and the beautiful beach of "Rena Bianca", with elegant cafes, bars and pizzerias. The apartment has an independent entrance and boasts a large living room with dining area, sofa bed and access to the wonderful covered veranda, facing the sea with a panoramic view; kitchen equipped with all standard appliances; double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The house is particularly suitable for those seeking rest, relaxation and close to the beach.
The price includes consumption, first set of bed linen and towels for all guests, final cleaning and ONLY IN CASE OF stays longer than one (1) week one (1) midweek cleaning for each additional week of accommodation.
