An adorable Apartment in Athens

This cute little apartment is the right choice for 2 or 3 travelers that they want to visit Athens. The place is full equipped for all your needs!



The apartment is a few blocks away from Sygrou road, near maternity hospitals, the Niarchos Foundation Center and the beach.



The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You have to climb a few stairs to reach the apartment. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



The whole place is fully air conditioned, added by a boiler and a solar panel which provides 24 hours hot water.



The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional tavern, a pharmacy, banks and public transport. The nearest beach is only 2 km away.



Only 200 m away from the apartment , there are bus stations from where you can take a bus to the city center and reach it in less than 10 minutes, or the bus from the opposite direction to the beaches in southern suburbs.



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
