This lovely duplex apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the city centre, between Princes Street and George Street. Edinburgh Castle is just a short stroll away and the tram network is also only a short distance from the apartment. Guests enjoy 4 double bedrooms with king size beds over two floors, 1 with en-suite shower room and a separate bathroom with bath & shower. Oodles of space and light throughout. There is no parking with the property but Castle Terrace NCP is only a 5mins walk.

The spacious sitting room is perfect for lazing around, or recovering from seeing the sights or shopping on George Street which is around the corner.

The apartment has an integrated music system to allow you to download your favourite tunes, whilst the large screen TV gives you access to Apple, Amazon or Netflix.

We had an excellent stay. The flat was perfect for 8 of us since two rooms could be arranged for 2 x twin beds. Location ideal for access both to old city and area around New Town. Be ready for a few flights of stairs up to flat, but at least gives some good views to the south and west. Management was professional and friendly. Would definitely book again.

The only challenge were the stairs. We had an elderly grandfather with bad knees and the flights of stairs (with no lift) was a struggle but outside of that it was a fabulous location and flat. We were there over Che and they had a tree ready for us! Thank you for having us!!

Apartment in the heart of Edinburgh

The appartment is ideally located just steps from Princes Street and George Street within walking distance of most of the attractions and amenities in central Edinburgh and with easy access to trains, trams and buses for longer excursions. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped for self catering. The host was particularly responsive and upon request replaced a kitchen appliance within hours. This was an ideal base for our Edinburgh trip and I would certainly consider returning.

Edinburgh in 3 days…

Short & sweet but jam packed with loads of fun, great food and sightseeing. Lots to do and see in Edinburgh and such a beautiful city. The flat was central to all. Comfortable and no problem sharing the 2 bathrooms between a family of 5. Tram ride to Port of Leith with Britannia and distillery tour good for those of age. All in all a solid excursion.

Perfect Location! Very clean and the host was great with accommodating some simple requests. The Apartment was well decorated and modern. We had our family of 6 children and the apartment accommodated our large family. The stairs to get to the third floor were somewhat challenging when we brought our luggage up and down, but it was a very minor inconvenience. I would stay here again!

We can't describe how wonderful our stay was, great location, wonderful furnishings, and everything we could have wanted! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful week in Edinburgh. One caveat, be ready for the four flights of stairs to get to the flat. However, if you are walking around Edinburgh, you will climb that many stairs in a few hours. We had seven people in our group and everyone believed the stairs were worth it for flat!

8 of us, across 3 generations, enjoyed my 75th birthday in this very comfortable flat. Everyone had private space in a nice room, and we could all easily meet in the living room to relax. (Sure, lugging our belongings up several flights was a chore on arrival, but guess what: we all got stronger and healthier negotiating those steps over the next few days. Plus, it's quieter on the 3rd floor.) Easy walk to the Castle (and the Royal Mile...), plus great access to a wide range of dining/imbibing establishments on Rose and George streets. We highly recommend considering this place for a multi-day stay in Edinburgh.

Wonderful apartment in New Town

This 4-br apartment just steps away from Princes St was a fantastic location for myself and my teen/pre-teen kids. Everyone had their own lovely space to retreat to when they needed it (my 12yo loved the window nook seats for lounging and watching traffic go by) and it was super convenient to walk to numerous cafes and pubs for dinner. The Edinburgh bus system is also close by. The apartment was well- maintained, had plenty of flatware and place settings, and the host management people were very responsive to texted questions. We loved it! Do note there is no lift so you have to be able to climb stairs!

We ditch the car, with everything we love about Edinburgh being a short walk away. The apartment truly is in the middle of everything we need and want.
