LOWER LEVEL OF MULTI UNIT(2 units). Check out our new pictures. Spectacular 3BR, 1 BA first floor home only 2 blocks from the beach! Private entrance opens into the large eat in kitchen which is next to the spacious living room featuring a 55” flat screen tv and reclining sofa and love-seat. Each of the well adorned bedrooms contains brand new furniture and bedding as well as 32” flat screen tv’s. Wall ac's and Wifi and cable television is provided throughout the house. Come and visit with us and make your vacation dreams come true this summer; we will provide the ocean and beach however, we are not able to provide linens or paper products. We do prefer families and ask that the responsible person(s) are at least 25 years old. This adorable unit sleeps 6. We are renting for full weeks only. This is a lower level unit with no balcony or porch. The tan and the memories are free!! Enjoy all that Wildwoods FREE beaches have to offer !!! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT RENT FOR PROMS OR TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!! Key is provided at time of check in. We do allow pets in this unit and do charge a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee that we collect at check-in.

The property was clean and much bigger than expected. We had access to a grill and a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. We were able to contact property management and they did not waste any time getting back to us. We loved it so much we are already booked for the following year!

Awesome time in North Wildwood!

The property was very clean, updated and spacious. The small yard was just enough for our dog to have a place to play while we hung out or grilled. The location is great, being so close to the boardwalk and beach, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Wonderful place to stay in North Wildwood

Nothing but good things to say about our stay! Perfect location. Clean, updated and only two blocks from the boardwalk and beach access! They had lots of beach chairs, toys and wagons for us to use which was a pleasant surprise. The wagons were our favorite to get all your gear to the beach with ease. Property manager was very kind, and check in/out was a breeze. Family friendly and the outdoor space is perfect to be able to hang out after a long day at the beach. Will be staying there again, thank you for the memories!

The location is fantastic, but I did encounter a couple of issues. The shared parking spot could use some improvement, and the refrigerator isn't cooling sufficiently for drinks to be chilled.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the parking situation but unfortunately, this is an issue island wide at this time of the year which makes the shared parking an even bigger challenge. We will look to see what changes could be made to improve the situation. As far as the cooling issue with the refrigerator, we will more than likely replace this appliance in the offseason.

Fantastic property and location!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and condition of our ground-level unit. There were the usual sounds from guests staying in the unit above moving about, but that is to be expected. The location of this rental house is also wonderful. A mere three blocks off the beach and boardwalk, we quickly realized what a privilege this location was. We would return to this unit in the future.

Great Vacation!

We had a great time staying at this property! Rooms were large and comfy newer kitchen. It was a great family vacation including our family pet dog. Location great close to everything. Highly recommend . Owner responds to questions immediately. Great experience. Would definitely go back for another stay .

Great home!

We just spent the month of September at 301A and had a wonderful time. the place is large and spacious with three bedrooms, a large living room and well appointed kitchen. The unit was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and the owner was excellent to work with and communicate as well. for a family vacationing it is very convenient to have access to the front storage locker which contains plenty of beach chairs, toys of all sorts, and bikes, bikes, bikes. The rear common yard (shared with their other property right next door) provides an nice fenced in yard with barbecue grill and table and chairs. Entertainment for the family is taken care of as well with the large flat screen televisions in each room, all with cable and ROKU which gives you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other great channels. I highly recommend this unit for family or friends that wish to be close to the beach and boardwalk.
