Beachside I 4122 is a fully remodeled beachfront condo with an unparalleled 350sqft terrace and balcony. Enjoy having an open, completely updated kitchen at your disposal to make great meals – with stainless steel appliances throughout, plenty of granite countertop space, your own wine rack, and spacious breakfast bar. Spread out on the long dining table with plenty of seating for your guests! After a long day in the sun, take a night-in to relax with movies in the roomy living area with a love seat, a full-length couch, and an upgraded HD TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a beautiful ocean view, flat screen TV, and private entry to the master bathroom – with a new walk-in shower! The guest bedroom also has a king bed, plenty of storage space, and its own additional entry to the guest bathroom! Also, the couch in the living room pulls out into a queen size sleeper, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 6.

Spacious and clean condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was spotless when we checked in. The extra balcony/sun deck was a nice touch. Only suggestion on an improvement would be to have a few more amenities. We could have used some more dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, dish towels and toilet paper. Otherwise no other complaints!

Wonderful family get away!

Gorgeous view! Attentive staff. Need to update patio furnirure as is falling apart and I let them know. They were very receptive to the feedback. The location and view make it 5 stars!!! Pool was nicely heate for winter enjoyment.

The location was great. Pool and beach access was very convenient. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only negative was the patio furniture was old and in disrepair. Could be a safety hazard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Each year we stay at Beachside 1 4122. It is by far our favorite unit we have stayed in over the years. It obviously has a wonderful view, but in addition the unit is spacious and always clean. Feels like we are coming home each year. The unit is kept up well. The only issues (minor) were the out door furniture is pretty worn. One of the arms on a chair is broken, and the leg rest on one of the loungers is broken. otherwise, all is perfect!

Very straightforward instructions and quick to respond if needed. This condo is spacious and has a beautiful ocean view. The deck is much larger compared to other units in the building. Two king beds plus a sofa bed if you’re traveling with a family. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were too which is pretty unbelievable for a rental property. I need to mention the water pressure is off the charts soooooo good! I’m really missing that shower:). The owners in this building are extremely nice and Gabriel the security guard is just a wonderful gentleman. That’s another perk I’ll mention...Beachside 1 is a private beach for guests and owners only. That’s day trippers allowed to set up camp on the beach in front of this Condo building and rest assured when they attempt to, security is on it right away so you’re simply not going to be over crowded when you stay at Beachside 1. We will never stay anywhere else during our annual stays as long as there is something available so I suggest you book well in advance. Absolutely, highly recommend this unit not just for the unit itself, but for the overall experience with the people who live there. First class all the way.

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed this beautiful condo on the ocean. It was basically in nice condition. There were few snags. The icemaker didn’t make much ice and so we had to bring in our own ice. (There were only two of us needing ice!) The outside chairs were rotting and needing to be replaced! But over all very good experience. We personally didn’t like arriving at the condo and every blind was closed and dark inside. Why close anll blinds and let the renter come info a dark room?? Open up the blinds. That maybe a personal preference! Overall a.lovely experience!!

Perfect in every way!

This place is so conveinient to everything, but you feel like you are secluded. The HUGE patio and balcony allowed us to spend lots of time outdoors! We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again!

Saturday morning I read an email that the condo I chose was cancelled because of the a/c not working. So, en route to our vacation I was on the phone trying to find another condo. Spoke with Richard and he was very helpful. Not a decent looking condo available (to meet my expectations). My family of 5 was stuck with 1 bathroom, and even that condo had lots of blemishes and mixed decor. Also, some of the people working in The Village were Not Friendly at all. It’s a shame. We have always loved going to this resort, but not anymore.

AC unit definitely needs attention. Very hot and uncomfortable day and night. We could not open the sliding balcony doors or use the deck because the AC could not keep up. Lights over kitchen table did not work. Not enough towels provided for a party of six. Awesome view.

Beautiful Gulf view - Beach Side I

The view was amazing and the patio area was huge. The patio furniture needs to be updated/replaced. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. It Leaks. The kitchen skillets need replacement. Other equipment was adequate. The master bedroom windows were foggy. Can’t see through the windows. The bed skirts were filthy. The carpet in the guest bedroom was filthy. Needs to be cleaned. Master carpet was fine. The master closet was a mess and I had to reorganized it. The couch needs replacing. It’s like sitting on a hard floor and sinks to the middle. The air vents in the filthy. The air filter was plugged and filthy and we replaced it with a new filter that was there. The closet to the washer dryer would not close Due to washer/dryer not fitting properly. Poor maintenance all together. Light bulbs need to be LED daylight. It was very dark in the rooms. It was advertised that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was there for us to use but the condition of them was not good so we were not able to utilize them and had to go rent them.
