the house built in 2007 is located in the hamlet of locquenin. the neighborhood is quiet. plouhinec 56 in south brittany.
it is ideal ideal for 8 to
house of 100 m² implanted on a plot of 500 m2. a large closed terrace of 70m².
a path will lead you from the house to the estuary located 200m. 2km from the Kervegant Beach (Plouhinec), 2km from the port of Magouer, the old passage, Carnac 30 mins. Lorient at 20mn
you can reach Etel in a few minutes with the ferryman from the Magouer.(open from April 4
.
Ground floor: Fitted kitchen, living room, WC, garage, one bedroom with bathroom.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, WC. Each bedroom has a 160 by 200 bed (bedding from June 2017). One of the upstairs bedrooms is also furnished with a bunk bed.
Included: TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Garden furniture, barbecue. 2 deckchairs.
Baby equipment. Folding bed, high chair, changing table, bathtub.
