Huis prima locatie rustig en veel privacy

Mooi huis maar geen horren die zeker nodig zijn, er zou een hor zijn bij het schuifraam, elke dag op muggen jacht. Heel vervelend. Geen moltons op de toppers op bed waardoor de lakens steeds verschoven. Ook niet echt proper. Twee persoons bedden tegen de muur niet handig kunnen op een andere manier gezet worden. Was van vorige huurders zat nog in de droogtrommel. Eigenaar ook op de hoogte gebracht maar vond het blijkbaar niet nodig om hierop te reageren. Verder een hele leuke fietsvakantie gehad.

Goed vertoeven!

Gezellige frisse woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met eigenaar verloopt uitstekend, beantwoord snel je vragen. Heerlijke grote tuin met veel privacy, in een mooie bosrijke omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!

Heerlijk!

Contact met de eigenares van te voren was top, heel behulpzaam en meedenkend. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de hulp die het huis superschoon had gemaakt. We konden haar alle vragen stellen/appen, heel fijn! De woning is heerlijk, lekkere tuin met veel zitjes en de Achterhoek is een prachtige omgeving. Je loopt uit het huis zo de bossen in. Zeker gaan fietsen! Vele mogelijkheden voor fietsverhuur in de buurt. Doesburg en Zutphen zijn aanraders (zelfs in Corona-tijd).

Leuke omgeving. Park verouderd.

Helaas is het in het echt wat verouderd ten opzichte van de foto’s. Leuk huisje, leuke plek maar wat meer onderhoud mag wel. Lijstje aan de muur, gordijnen terug hangen, kraan maken.. doodgeslagen muggen van de muur. Gras eens maaien en buiten opruimen. Prima communicatie met de eigenares. Fijn dat er beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig waren. In de woonkamer wel leuke meubels/gezellig. Fijne bedden.

Fijne locatie lekker ruim. Wel in de natuur dus erg veel last van muggen. Neem dus spuitbus mee. Horren zouden een fijne investering zijn. Verder prima verblijf.

Ruhige und erholsame Tage in schöner Natur

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten auch den großen Garten ausgiebig nutzen. Die ruhige Lage und die wunderschönen Wanderwege haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert (vielen Dank Brigitte). Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, allerdings sollte ein Mückenspray im Koffer dabei sein.

Heerlijk schoon en licht huis. Vanuit elk raam zie je de natuur. Luxe keuken. We hebben eekhoorntjes in de tuin gezien en genoten van het bos. Een echte aanrader!

Mooi vakantiehuis in prachtig bosgebied.

Een prettige ruime woning om een week te verblijven. Alles was netjes en schoon. Contact met de eigenaar verliep prettig en vlot. Het staat in een prachtig bosgebied waar je goed kan wandelen, hardlopen en fietsen. We zijn meerdere keren herten tegengekomen! Je staat vanaf het huis in een minuutje midden in het bos. Zelhem ligt op loopafstand met alle winkels die je nodig hebt. Aanraders zijn Doesburg en Deventer, zeker rond kersttijd.

Paradijsje in ‘t bos...

Heerlijk, onlangs gerenoveerd huis, met alles d’r op en d’r aan. Grote, luxe keuken, gezellige houtkachel, heerlijke boxspringbedden. Het ontbreekt aan niets en het het is schoon. Prachtige uitzichten aan alle kanten: op de fraaie tuin waar je eekhoorns van boom tot boom ziet springen, het bos, de vogels en een nachtelijke sterrenhemel. Je loopt in enkele minuten vanuit het park het Pieterpad op en het bos in. Eindeloos gewandeld en als je écht vroeg bent, kun je er herten zien rondstruinen. Kortom, wil je van de natuur genieten, wakker worden met het geluid van vogeltjes en toch ook comfort...is dit huis een aanrader! 👌🏼

Luxe paradijsje in het bos...

Mooie, compleet ingerichte bosvilla, met alles erop en eraan én schoon. Grote luxe keuken, heerlijke nieuwe bedden en prachtige uitzichten vanuit alle ramen. De eekhoorntjes springen in de tuin van boom tot boom. Het enige geluid dat je hoort, komt van de vogels. Je loopt vanuit het park zo het bekende Pieterpad op en het bos in. We hebben dan ook eindeloze boswandelingen gemaakt en als je écht vroeg bent, kun je de herten zien huppelen door het bos. Kortom, wil je lekker relaxen in de natuur, maar ook genieten van een beetje luxe...is dit een absolute aanrader! 👌🏼

Fijn huisje maar niet de stilte zoals verwacht.

Het huisje zelf is precies zoals op de foto’s, what you see is what you get. Schoon, fris interieur en fijne haard. De tuin viel ons enigzins tegen. Het gras was zo hoog en hobbelig dat je er nauwelijks op kon lopen en spelen. Jammer dat dit niet gemaaid was. Op de foto's is er geen ander huis vanuit de tuin te zien. Maar de heg/coniferen waren zo gesnoeid/dood dat er een open verbinding met de tuin ernaast is ontstaan. Maar wat we echt teleurstellend vonden was het constante gesuis van verkeer op de achtergrond. De weg die dichtbij het vakantiepark ligt is zeer druk en goed hoorbaar. Van een vrijstaand huisje midden in het bos, voor rustzoekers, hadden we meer stilte verwacht.

Wat een heerlijk huisje! Grote groene tuin en veel bloemen. Mooie, moderne keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur erin. Heerlijke boxspring bedden. Wij hebben veel ochtendwandelingen gemaakt in de bossen. Het huisje ligt op 3 minuten lopen van het Pieterpad. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

In 2 woorden: Heerlijk Huis!! Luxe, alles aanwezig en duidelijk nieuwe meubels. Zeer mooie keuken. Boxspring bedden. Smaakvol ingericht. Grote bankstellen. Licht. Mooie, grote tuin. In de natuur. Vlakbij Pieterpad (2 minuten lopen). Wij waren met z'n 2-en; daardoor konden we nog meer genieten van het huis 😉 en de rust. Wij komen zeker terug!

Heerlijk gelegen. Rustig en in de bossen. Veel privacy. Grote tuin (mooier dan op de foto’s). Het dorpje Zelhem is op 5 minuten rijden afstand. Het huisje was volgens de beschrijving.
