Unique Lakefront Villa With Large Private Pool And Stunning Lake View

Living in this villa is a unique experience in the history of design, and all completely surrounded and immersed in the breathtaking views of the lake from every angle. The house is large, sleeping 14 people in 5 bedrooms, with air conditioning in the lounge and 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The interiors are vintage designer, late 60s, older but comfortable with large spacious rooms. The private pool is very large and there is a shallow area just for the kids, fully furnished with loungers and umbrellas and with a rooftop terrace sitting area with absolutely breathtaking and complete lake views. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, and there are ample dining and lounging areas both indoors and out. |

Bedrooms: Sleeps 14 in 5 bedrooms: Sleeps 14 in 5 rooms: family suite with double bed and double sofa bed, ac, lake view and terrace. Room with double bed and a single bed with lake view, ac and terrace. Room with double bed and a single bed with lake view and ac. Double room with garden view. Room with two single beds on the level of the living area overlooking the garden..
Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms ensuite to the bedroom suites and 4th powder room (toilet and sink only) serving the common day areas and bedroom on the upper floor.  There is also a 5th bathroom outside by the pool with shower and toilet.
Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cupboard space and all major and minor appliances, including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Indoor Dining/Lounge: Large open space lounge and dining area surrounded by glass and lake view with terrace.  Vintage circular wet bar, 42" flat screen TV with sky satellite.  Lounge seats 8, Dining seats 12.
Outdoor Dining/Lounge: There is a very large portico, with three big tables seating total 25+ and a large built-in gas barbecue.  There is another table for 12 with lake views on the lakefront terrace off the lounge. 
Pool: very large private swimming pool (16x8m) with a childrens shallow end area (60cm high).  At is deepest, the pool is over 3.5m deep with a normal and a high diving board.   fully furnished with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. Bathroom, changing room, showers by the pool.
Air Conditioning in 3 of the 5 bedrooms and in the dining/lounge
Rooftop Terrace: elegant roof top terrace, has unhindered and breathtaking lake views, furnished with loungers
Garden: 4000sqm garden with flowers and mature shrubs and trees, terraced down the steep hillside to the beach, with stair access.  Fenced for animals and children.  
Beach: Direct access by private gate to the beach.
Media: 42" TV with HDMI and USB connections and digital cable. Astra satellite connection.

Playground area: swingset and climbing structure for children by the pool, table tennis, Paddle board sup
Private Tennis court: The tennis court is quite old, in disrepair, but good for amateur tennis and fun.
Custodian: The villa has a full-time custodian who lives 250m from the Villa and keeps the gardens and pool in constant perfect condition
Parking: covered parking for 3 cars, open parking for 3 more.

Other:  Washing machine, iron and ironing board in dedicated utility room, and hairdryers in all bathrooms. 
Pets: Pets are welcome in the villa. There is a pet fee of 100 euros per animal

Villa Dolcelago is located in a private residential community, about 1.5km from the Port of Moniga. It is also about 1.5km from the historic centre of Moniga and its castle and shops, as well as the local shopping mall with supermarket, shops, and even a local pub that becomes a disco on weekend nights. A famous local trattoria, le Tre Santi, is in easy walking distance from the villa (about 800m), and the resort next door has a pizzeria also open to outsiders.

Moniga del Garda is a small town on the West shoreline of Lake Garda, with a picturesque harbour and a massive castle on the hill above the town, which you can see on the right as you drive into the town. You can walk inside the castle and explore the medieval architecture, like stepping back in time, but with a modern twist -- people still live in the castle, and inside there are actually streets with houses! The harbour area is particularly picturesque with a wide expanse of (pebble) beach, and a ferry port where you can get a ferry to any other destination. Desenzano, Salo, Portese, San Felice and Gardone are nearby.

Excellent location, perfect for groups
The scenery of a quiet lake in the morning, breathtaking. Spacy rooms, most with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Nice pool. To be honest, the interior was a bit outdated. Villa Dolce Garda deserves an update. The location is superb, the basis of the villa is also perfect, but a bit of modernazation could do wonders. Also, Wifi outside (esp. by the pool and on the roof terrace) would be a big plus!

HOLIDAYGARDA have been excellent to deal with thank you. The Villa is in a fantastic location and the space both inside and outside the property is brilliant. The property is ideally located but in need of some renovation (not a lot) which would make this location truly spectacular

Das Haus besitzt eine Traumlage und ist überdurchschnittlich groß. Besonders die vielen überdachten Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Dachterrasse insbesondere sind beeindruckend. Der Pool ist mit Sprungturm für Kinder exzellent. Eigener separater Seezugang und Tennisplatz für Hobbyspieler runden das Angebot ab. Technische Geräte in der Küche
