A stylish full holiday villa residence. It offers a cozy hotel type living space, with patio and a full terrace area.

The two bedrooms are accessed separately providing complete privacy if you are travelling as two couples.

This luxury villa offers a patio with private plunge pool and barbecue area, and a stunning terrace.

The Riviera Maya offers crystal-clear waters, beautiful white sand beaches and an array of sport and leisure activities in the surrounding area.

Great for families or for couples, this beautifully decorated villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful marble floors throughout.

Both bedrooms offer king size bed with their own en-suite bathroom.

The upstairs bedroom opens up on to the stunning terrace overlooking the Mayan jungle, a gorgeous space to relax and take in the sounds of nature, ideal for lazy evenings as the sun sets over the jungle and to enjoy the stunning night sky.

Downstairs the open plan kitchen, dining area opens up on to a lovely private patio, with dining furniture, private jacuzzi and barbecue.

Via a separate entrance the downstairs bedroom has it's own bathroom and patio, with hammock and seating area, offering a private area ideal if two couples are travelling together. Fridge and coffee making facilities, along with satellite TV make this a self contained unit independent of the main living area.

The Villa is yards from two lovely pools shared by the complex. Guests benefit from the location within Bahia Principe with access to hotels, beaches and free transportation around the resort.

The accommodation offers a tranquil retreat from busy everyday life, in touch with nature, the blues and greens offering total relaxation away from the hubbub of modern living.

Access to the various hotels within the resort mean for those looking for more activities there is the opportunity to dine and to enjoy all the entertainments and activities offered by the big hotel networks on the resort. All inclusive access is available via day and night passes which include meal plans at an extra charge.

Spa and golf facilities are within walking distance. The PGA Riviera Maya Golf Club offers the best golf experience on the Rivera Maya.

Pristine beaches, cenotes and other attractions are close by. Tulum and it's spectacular ruins are 20 minutes away, in the other direction Playa del Carmen is 25 minutes from the resort.

Akumal (bay of Turtles) is 5 minutes away, great seafood and other restaurantes in Akumal and nearby.

No shortage of things to see and explore, or just relax in the joyous surroundings of our lovely Villa.

Anah is a 5 minute drive to Akumal.

Loved the apartment and access to Bahía Príncipe pool and beach. When I booked I wanted something within walking distance to Akumal beach and it’s not, but it turned out to be okay since you have to pay to go on the beach in Akumal now.

This property is no where near Akumal beach. They need to change that. If you stay here know you will need a car. There is nothing near you. The actual home is beautiful. But!! Get some paper towels and cleaner and other cleaning supplies in the unit. It’s very spartan.

You absolutely need a car for this property but we were expecting that. The area is nice and quite and safe, but yes it is a bit removed from anything you can walk to. While it is advertised as having access to the Bahia Principe resorts for pool and beach use, that is no longer true (apparently this changed recently). You can buy a day pass to the hotels for a slightly discounted rate at the Country Club office (not the residence offices right next to the property which is only for building and complex related questions - but the country club office which is a short drive or a 10 min walk away from the condo) day passes range from 60 - 80 per person, per day. The condo itself was fine. The view from the upstairs patio is tree tops and sky, which was nice. The main bedroom has great windows and a nice bathroom with lots of storage space. The second bedroom has its own entrance, like a separate apartment, so not suitable for younger kids that need to be within yelling distance, but fine for a teenager that likes to have space. The plunge pool on the patio is just that, not a jacuzzi but rather a cold plunge. The house was missing some small details, like a soap dish in the main bathroom and hand towels in the kitchen and small bathroom, but the caretaker was able to get us some extra towels for that. The toilet paper holder in the main room had fallen off the wall - I think just due to humidity - and the main bedroom safe was locked shut.

This property needs updating throughout. I stayed for 70 days with broken appliances pool cleaning which is rarely performed no TV for two weeks. The second TV was never fixed. The refrigerator was out for over two weeks. Front door lock was replaced after two weeks washing machine took two weeks to fix fan was replaced after 2 1/2 weeks.The manager was prompt to give assurances on WhatsApp, but I always took two weeks to respondI love the condo in better and cleaner conditions than when I received it in the first few weeks. The owner was very hostile toward me and blame me for breaking a washer and a fan, which was an absolute lie.VRBO was unable to help me in any way except to insult me with a 50 key cash for future tripVery poor business on both VRBO and the host himself

Lovely place.

Beautiful condo well equipped. On its own with the large pool it would be nice. But with the association with Bahia Principe puts it over the top. Just a 100 meter walk to catch the frequent shuttle to the beach. Lots of activities if so inclined or just lie under a palapa. Many side trips available either DIY or take a tour. Cenotes, ruins, beaches, snorkeling, etc. No grocery shopping nearby. A couple of stores in Akumal but otherwise it's off to Chedraui supermarket in Puerto Morales by taxi. About $20. US each way. Makes groceries expensive which they aren't. About the same as at home except for beef which is very expensive. Would highly recommend!

Nice place!

The condo is set up extremely well for two couples. Everything we needed was there, although we only had breakfasts in the unit. Having the convenience of purchasing the all inclusive bans for the Bahía Principe Resort was awesome. Close to Akumal, and Tulum.
