Beautiful detached house on one floor with three bedrooms (master bedroom with bathroom, living room, dining room, full equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a diaphanous undercover. All on a plot of 2500m2.
The house has a swimming pool (5x10), barbecue, open porch and closed porch, solarium terrace and parking area.

The town of San Mamés de Aras, located 12 km from Laredo, is surrounded by a natural landscape, bathed by the Clarín River, with the possibility of taking walks on unpaved roads or trails that connect with towns such as Secadura, Rada, San Miguel de Aras, San Pantaleón de Aras or stroll through the nature reserve belonging to the marshes of Santoña, Victoria and Joyel.
The Cabarceno Natural Package (37 minutes by motorway) is 46km away, and Guggenheim Bilbao is 69 km away (50 minutes by car).

Ideal für Familien

Das Haus ist groß und kühl, also auch für heiße Tage geeignet. Es gibt drei Außensitzgelegenheiten Lounge, Wintergarten (gut zu belüften) und ein schattiger Außensitzplatz. Der Pool macht das Ganze perfekt. Die Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe ca. 1 km haben ein kleines Sortiment. In Laredo gibt es größere Lebensmittelläden. Ein sehr schöner Strand gibt es bei Noja (ca. 20 km) da dürfen ganz ans andere Ende auch Hunde hin (vom Parkplatz 5-10 Minuten). Landschaftlich tolle Gegend.

Fijn huis maar mist wat extra's

Fijn huis, locatie goed om uitstappen te maken. Groot zwembad, alleen jammer dat daar maar 2 ligzetels waren (huis voor 4 tot 6p), geen parasol, geen extra zit/lig plaatsen of een tafeltje hoewel er heel veel ruimte is... Aan het huis zelf was een tafel onder afdak, leuk om te zitten maar daar zouden kussens op de houten stoelen aangenaam geweest zijn... In de salon enkel felle plafondverlichting, geen sfeerlampje... 3 slaapkamers met voldoende kastruimte, 2 kleine badkamers maar alles was in orde. Ruime keuken.

Wonderful family holiday away from it all

We had a very happy week here, enjoying both the peace and quiet of the rural location and the easy access to the beach & the mountains. The house had everything we needed; the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pool. I definitely recommend this property.
