 Mediterranean style, of 70sqm 4/7 places, located in a residential area of Marina di Mancaversa, composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hallway, living room and kitchenette, with two large and reserved external courtyards, one in front and the another behind, for about 80 square meters, with well-enclosed parking spaces ideal for small children and pets. The house is furnished and complete with all air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower and 2 bikes.

Perfect choice

We stayed a week at Mr. Gianni and Adele's structure and we were really satisfied both with the structure that is impeccable and with attention to the smallest details, and with the strategic point where it is located. The structure is equipped with all comforts and also allows you to accommodate your four-legged friends. From the structure you can reach all the most beautiful beaches surrounding all a few kilometres away. I thank Mr. Gianni and Adele for their hospitality and kindness ... I would be very happy to stay here again.

Ein schönes Haus

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Adele und Gianni. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen, sie ist geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, viele schöne Dörfer und Strände. Adele und Gianni antworteten schnell auf alle Anfragen und haben uns freundlich empfangen.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir sind sehr nett von Gianni und Adele begrüßt und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt worden. Der Ort war noch sehr unbelebt, was wahrscheinlich der Vorsaison geschuldet war. Im jedem Fall muss man über ein Auto verfügen, da fussläufig nichts zu erreichen ist. Die Region hat wunderschöne Strände und Lecce sollte auf jeden Fall besucht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das gut ausgestattete Haus genossen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ si je pouvais, je donnerais 10 étoiles!

Giani et Adèle sont fantastiques!! Et la maison est superbe, dans un quartier tranquille et sécuritaire, à quelques minutes de voiture de tous les services (restos, pharmacie, supermarchés, etc). La maison est super confortable et bien équipée. Les plages dans le coin sont magnifiques et la maison se trouve à moins d’une heure de magnifiques villes comme Otranto, Lecce et Gallipoli (juste 15 minutes). Adèle et Giani sont super sympathiques et accueillants. On y retournera sans doute! Veronica, Mauricio, Lucca et Emilia

Vacanza stupenda da rifare! Gianni e Adele splendidi e super disponibili, casa in ordine, pulita e ben organizzata, dal barbecue alla lavatrice, dall'aria condizionata all'acqua senza problemi di ogni genere, casa ventilata sia al mattino che alla sera.... il cane ben accettato e nn solo a casa ma anche in spiagge vicine! Che dire: a presto!

Das Haus und Grundstück sind in einem sehr guten Zustand! Gepflegt und modern. Sehr nette Vermieter! Einziges Manko ist die Örtlichkeit an sich. Ein noch wachsendes Wohngebiet mit einem Müllproblem.

Soggiorno bellissimo. La villetta si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere le mete limitrofe. Zona tranquilla che permette il riposo di notte. Casa molto pulita e moderna dotata di tutti i comfort. L'host é stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Se ci sará occasione saremmo felici di ritornarvi
