About this property

Situated in the center of Puerto de Mogan, with all the restaurants, beach and shops in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful new apartment in a high standard with stunning views over the port of Puerto de Mogan and the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony is facing south with fantastic views over the coastline, sea and marina.

The apartment has a Canarian touch with modern touches and lovely woodwork. There is a charming patio / garden with a private entrance and a dining table. Furniture in high standard. The apartment was completed in 2016.

Access to the property from the road behind the marina. The house is beautifully situated on the slopes in the "Old Town. In the old town are the narrow alleys and stairways to every house. Our guests must climb stairs to the apartment. The stairs equals about 5th floor apartment, thus not suited for the handicapped / reduced mobility.
* Note: Spar Supermarket delivers groceries inside the apartment for free, on all purchases over EUR 30.

Best view in modern Apartement

It was our second visit and again it was worth climbing all the steps ;-)! Super Apartment with perfect view on "Little Venice" -especially at night. The host is super friendly and immediatly reacts on any stupid question one may ask! Always again!

Merveilleux séjour.

Un appartement de grande qualité et bien équipé jouissant d'une situation extraordinaire dans l'esprit des vieilles maisons de Puerto Mogan. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le geste de bienvenue gustatif,fort agréable, de nos hôtes. Sinon, tout est à proximité si l'on accepte de marcher un peu. Lieu idéal pour se détendre et profiter des nombreuses activités en famille dans un cadre charmant hors des grands complexes hôteliers.

Tolle Gastgeber und ein top ausgestattetes Appartement in bester Lage!

Bevor es um die Wohnung geht, gilt es hervorzuheben, dass Dorthe und Vegard exzellente nette und sehr bemühte Gastgeber sind! Immer sehr offenherzig sowie hilfsbereit mit vielen nützlichen Tipps (Parken, Verpflegung, etc.)! Das eigens erstellte Infomaterial ist erstklassig und lässt keine offenen Fragen zurück (englische Sprachkenntnisse vorausgesetzt). Nach 114 Stufen - welche nach 3 Tagen gar nicht mehr so schwer fallen - gelangt man in ein Appartement was kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Der tolle Ausblick über den Hafen und die Dächer Mogans lassen die Stufen schnell vergessen und ermöglichen einem zu entspannen obwohl man sich trotzdem in bester Lage befindet. Man ist fernab vom Trubel und trotzdem mittendrin. Eine echte Ruhe- und Wohlfühl- Oase! Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet mit den Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs. Das Küchen-Equipment sowie die sämtlichen Küchegeräte garantierten einen schönen Kochabend mit Dinner in bester Lage auf einem gemütlichen und geräumigen Balkon. Multimedia Freunde kommen ebenfalls auf Ihre Kosten; ein sehr gutes WLAN, Smart-TV, Apple TV sowie div. LAN- Anschlüsse sind vorhanden. Solange es nicht regnet sollte man die Zeit aber lieber auf dem Balkon verbringen;) Wir würden Dorthe und Vegard und ihre tolle Ferienwohnung jederzeit jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 5*

To tomler opp!

Fantastisk fin leilighet, smakfullt innredet, praktisk planløsning og en helt utrolig utsikt over Puerto de Mogán. Svært detaljert «bruksanvisning» på alt teknisk. To minutter gange fra sentrum med masse sjarm og mange gode og sjarmerende restauranter. Maria’s Poolbar rett over gata og gangavstand til strand og god matbutikk. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
