The apartment has a large private roof terrace with kitchen and pergola with access directly from the apartment. Here you will find garden furniture, sun lounger, gas grill, washing machine and dryer.

Access to the appartment is from the road below, walking the stairs up to the main entrance. All the houses in what we call the "old town" are beautifully situated on the slope which is the reason for the incredible view of the city, sea and sky. In this city there are narrow alleys and stairs to all the houses. So without a lift, our guests have to plan to climb the stairs to our apartment.

Puerto de Mogan is a favorite holiday gem on the southern tip of Gran Canaria, with its stable and pleasant climate all year round.
The city is called Little Venecia, with its canals and beautiful floral splendor.
This and the Atlantic Ocean frame the view from the terraces.

Price: Eur 150 per day. The price includes i.g.i.c (m.v.a)
Rent 1 week includes cleaning on departure.
For rental periods of 2 weeks and more, bed linen is changed after each week. Included is cleaning on departure.
The apartment is for 2 people.
