Amazing stay

We loved every minute of our stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, very clean and perfect temperatures. The Gite was very comfortable and the bbq was brilliant to cook on. Paul and Elaine were fantastic owners with lots of tips about the local area. Would 100% recommend.

Very nice stay

This was a top holiday. The first impression was the friendly welcome of Paul and Elaine and the very clean and tidy well cared house. The French style house is nice cool downstairs with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are very good. Trips to the coast are on acceptable distance with very nice villages and fantastic places to visit. Good beds and we enjoyed the BBQ on the rear terrace. But most of all: Thanks Paul and Elaine for your friendly care and making us feel so welcome.

Très bon séjour

Elaine et Paul sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. 2 couples et 4 ados, nous avons chacun trouvé nos espaces dans cette maison agréable (pièces de vie un peu sombres mais qui doivent garder la fraicheur l'été - extérieurs charmants). Nous avons très bien dormi (environnement très calme et literie confortable). Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine, et du jacuzzi qui devaient être fermés à cette date, excellente surprise pour eux. La région est très belle, à découvrir.

Breton with a pool! Great stay!

Paul and Elaine are wonderful hostst with an typical Breton place, comfortabel and private, and last but not krast a luxurious pool! Including jacuzzi outsider! Great stay!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Paul et Elaine , malgré le faite que nous n ayons pas pu disposer de la piscine tout à été mis en.oeuvre pour que les petits et les grands s' amusent . Nous espérons revenir sur une période plus longue et qui sait peut être avec la piscine .. en tout cas rien à redire vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermé !!!!

Perfect

Property was clean and just as discribbed. Ouside garden space lovely and user friendly. Paul and Elaine were very friendly and helpfull, even bailed us out with milk and bread when we did not know about a randon French holiday and the shops were closed. Pool (Heated) and hot tub was a big hit with all and we had a graet time, thanks again Paul. All in all a lovely holiday, even though the weather did not play ball all the time.

Escape from it all, with beautiful private pool, hot tub and clean, comfy beds

As a family with 2 young boys(6yrs & 10yrs) our criteria for a relaxing holiday means balancing getting away from it all with the location easily accessible from uk - we didn’t want to spend half the hols getting there! Our hosts Elaine & Paul and gorgeous Watson the dog were just lovely and the perfect amount of friendly! We really will miss them and will definitely be back to holiday sometime soon. Our sole use of the beautiful heated pool(essential as Brittany weather is similar to uk) was made all the better as Paul religiously cleaned it ready for us every morning...the sleepy little Breton village of Bourbriac is an easy 3hr car trip from the Caen ferry. We were relaxed and in holiday mode the second we were welcomed by our hosts. The gite is like traditional French farmhouse, with flowers and trees in abundance.. all the accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable..we enjoyed barbecues for dinner and lovely to not have to washup (unusually for a gite rental there is a dishwasher)..all in all we had a gorgeous holiday with amazing weather and hosts to boot!! Thank you for having us Elaine & Paul x
