It is a first floor without elevator within a very quiet community. No parties or events that alter the tranquility of the building are allowed. El piso está muy bien situado no es muy grande pero es acogedor y tiene todo lo que necesitas muy cerquita incluido Mercadona que lo tienes debajo, está muy cerquita del centro puedes ir caminando está al lado en definitiva lo recomiendo
